Horrible return experience. I returned 2 items and they have refunded me the incorrect amount, much lower!
I have been telling them it's the incorrect amount and they are still not refunding the right amount, even after collecting all items. Avoid!

I am only giving this atrocious company 1 star as it wouldn't allow me to leave a zero star rating. Ordered a pergola from MHStar through B&Q. Payment was taken, delivery date given, then I get an email to say that I won't be receiving the pergola as it wasn't the correct item. They told me there was a mix up with the pictures in the website and what I had actually ordered and paid for was rocking horse! As it was something my husband had asked me to look for and order for him, I had taken screen shots to send him so that he could confirm that I had ordered what he wanted. The screenshots were of the website offering the pergola, the description and dimensions of the pergola and not once did it mention a rocking horse. I emailed them straight back requesting that they honour the sale as I had ordered exactly what it said online. They then said they would investigate fully. 6am the next morning, another email to ask if I still wanted the rocking horse delivered, but that I would not be getting the pergola I actually ordered. Avoid at all costs. Still waiting for the refund from them. Absolutely appalling company and customer service!

I have spoken to several people re arranging a collection but once again , my package has not been collected. They keep fobbing me off telling me to contact the courier company, which I have and my package has still not collected. The courier tells me to contact MH star and MH star tell me to contact DX logistics. Really useless and awful service.

I Bought a gazebo through amazon. It was awful.. flimsy and not as advertised. Managed eventually to get them to get a courier to pick up which itself was a massive task! I was assured I would be refunded in full within 5 working days and am still yet to receive! Absolutely disgusting and customer service is nil! Takes them forever to reply to a message and even then do not get a straight answer. Avoid!

Ordered from B&Q eventually received half the order and someone else’s call centre in India absolutely useless. Trying to get them to rectify it is a nightmare

I purchased a Out Sunny Greenhouse through B&Q and I would not recommend anyone buying one from this company MH Star UK, there is parts missing, the customer service is terrible and they keep you supplying details so you get fed up and do something other with know resolve

Dreadful DO NOT ORDER from Debenhams with this company . Faulty sofa waited for 2 pick up dates to return and still no pick up or refund . Waiting on bank to claim back the money . Awful customer service .

Ordered item for my daughter via Tesco Marketplace - clubcard price and points. One box delivered when should have been two. Contacted DHL and was told (after over 1 hour on hold) only one item on manifest. Contacted MH Star and was told it was untrue to say only one item and that DX Shipping (not DHL?) would deliver the outstanding item. This was Friday. I phoned DX on Saturday to see when to expect the item and was told - wait for it - only one item on their manifest and that is what they had delivered. I phoned MH Star again to be told not true and - again - that I await delivery. I was put on hold for about 2 minutes whilst the courier was contacted. This surprised me as I had spent ages on hold trying to get through. Maybe MH Star have a 'bat phone' and can get through quicker? So today the 2nd parcel came - not via DHL - not via DX - but via Express Parcels. I have no idea why x2 parcels dispatched at (I assume) the same time arrive days apart. Maybe having x3 courier companies involved is why? Product itself is fine and I've no ideas with it, but the kudos for this goes to HomCom and not to MH. I've read elsewhere that these split deliveries are common with MH. If so, then, being told this at the outset might have saved me time, money and stress.

Do not buy anything from thse people i purchased a gazbo from the range mh star product and it collapsed causing head injury they will not reply to me

Bought a poor quality item through amazon. Shocking material construction was asvif done by a child, when returned I had to pay for collection which wasn't advertised or I wouldn't of bought it, stear clear!!! Waited says gor email reply... as if they wanted me to gi away!!

I had bought a self-assembly mini-greenhouse from Amazon which was fine, except that some of one type of fixing were missing. I contacted this company, and they sent replacements within a few days. Throughout they were attentive and efficient.

Ordered something for my 2 years via B&Q,saying next day delievery-supplied by MH Star Ltd,didnt arrived the product on time,passed 2 days after the time given,when I called them,they saying the delivery will be after 3 days because of weekend,never saw or experienced this situation,then I had to cancel the order and ask for refund,and the response was:they won't refund me until 48 hrs!
So I called then again after 48 hrs,regarding my refund and the most amazing response was:they won't refund me until the courier company doesn't return their product and they get it back in the warehouse,then I had to response to their email and I wrote a review on the B&Q app obviously their product page,which was 2 days back and they didnt accept my review either and the reason was:my review doesn't match their guidelines,just because I said the third party service is totally rubbish ever and I ahvent got my refund

Do not buy these products from any supplier or distributor.

They openly say they will not supply the missing parts of there products if you don’t buy direct.

Avoid at all costs these products as you have have a product that has missing parts

I ordered a metal shed it arrived a week late checked and one bracket missing got in touch and was told bracket was unavailable and to buy a bracket myself.When we went to erect shed found nothing lined up all the holes were not in line after four hours we gave up .I packed the shed up away and contacted them to come and pick it up they said they wanted photos of the uneven holes but I had already packed the shed away and there’s no way I was spending another four hours trying to put up again so without photos no refund cowboys

Do not trust this company. I bought a gazebo of them through Tesco marketplace. They delivered the item to the wrong address and are unwilling to redeliver to the right address. They are unwilling to do a refund and have basically told me to go get the item myself. Next level poor customer service. I have informed Tesco and will be raising a complaint. Do not use them in of your orders!!!!

Offered 20% of item cost after return. Apparently this is the norm for this company. Advise avoiding them at all costs . Can think of many words to describe this company!!!!!!

Awful company. No idea where my Debenhams order is. No contact whatsoever. Trading standards notified

Brought a kids quad bike for my 6 year old daughter from this company via Wowcher the quad bike caught on fire - LFB said there was a serious fault with the bike , MHstar have taken back the bike but not refunded me despite multiple emails and calls - then lied and said they never received the bike which is a lie . And not to mention injuries were sustained during the quad fire . Terrible company never again
