Order an item from this company then read the reviews and thought what have I done, but my item was shipped and delivered within 3 days, amazing price and amazing service, tracking provided, loads of poor reviews but my experience was second to none.

Delivered items via Amazon then history of delivery completely disappeared was not what I had ordered and could not return without paying outrages return fees which was more than the discounted purchase. All I can say they reduced prices as they are going out of business and don’t need the hassle of returned products.
Also disappointed with Amazon who completely removed this company from the list of my orders

It is apparent from other reviews that some have not had the best of experiences. My own however was positive. After a product failure, I received similar responses to others offering either ‘new parts’ or a ‘partial refund’ but did not feel able to accept this. After requesting either a replacement or a full refund, a new replacement was received. I was also told to keep the faulty item for spares.
Rightly or wrongly, it does seem that the company operates an initial process of negotiation in their dealings concerning faulty items prior to agreeing to any settlement. I must also say that my communications with various members of their staff were courteous, and eventually positive.

My order arrived but incomplete and missing several hundred pounds worth of furniture.
It has been suggested by MH Star , (Star, that's funny ) that they delivered all boxes containing my complete order. My CCTV and ring doorbell recording depicts exactly what was delivered and left at my front door.

Absolutely shocking company Brought an electric bike for my daughter which became faulty after only a couple of days emailed them and was offered £30 to fix it myself and never bother them again, this being despite me buying it for £190 and still paying through klarna, I have contacted klarna and stopped payments and am seeking refund of my initial payment, no communication after them offering me £30.. I bet this company will dissolve after this year and restart as something else being a ltd company, avoid at all costs and distributors shouldn't be selling any of their products at all, absolute scam of a company if it can be called as much

I bought an air fryer oven via Wowcher. Having unpacked it all, I realised the mains lead was snapped in half. I contacted MHStar and they sent me a new oven, told me to keep the first one for spares. Excellent service.
Cheap Products, Very Poor Customer Service and Experience
Do not purchase from this company. Their products are of poor quality and not fit for purpose.
I unwittingly purchased through The Range marketplace an elliptical trainer from HOMCON (MH Star). It arrived promptly but once put together and used for literally one minute, the spoke sheared off.
I contacted the range only to be informed I had to speak directly to the seller.
I won’t bore you with the details but I was first offered a discount to keep the item(??), then offered a larger discount, then offered a replacement and finally upon the fourth time of my requesting it, they finally agreed to refund me but only after I threatened legal action with them.
If you do unknowingly purchase from this company, be sure to know your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 on how you can reject faulty goods and request a full refund, please don’t be fooled into believing them that you only have the option of a discount or replacement, this simply isn’t true.

Ordered a bistro table and chairs on the Sunday. Then checked the company out on Trust Pilot - oh dear! But I always say, take as you find - Tuesday morning two very large boxes arrived. Delivery driver was very smiley and courteous. Items came flat packed but we put it together in under 30 mins - no problem . Really impressed with the quality of the product and the service. Would have no hesitation in using MH Star again .

MH STAR / Debenhams duo nightmare team. Ordered a garden set cover via Debenhams website fulfilled by MH STAR. Utter rubbish, it let the rain in, soaking my furniture. CS is beyond useless - they put you on a continuous cycle of waiting 3 days to be contacted - aka being ignored - wait another 3 days after chasing them up, and so it goes on. I was offered a 15% refund to have the item repaired... how do you repair a cover made from material that allows rain to soak through? Eventually, after realising I wasn't getting a refund, I accepted a replacement. No surprise - it leaks too! Wait 3 days... no response. Given up. Will never give either company my cash again & will shop elsewhere in future. Save yourself the disappointment and wasted time talking to CS.

Offered me a refund. I then got a call saying they were unable to refund to my Amazon account. Asked for debit card number expiry date and then my 3 digit security number. Then tried to debit my account. Luckily I have 2 verification activated. Scammers

Stay clear, I bought garden gazebo in May 2024, using Klarna to pay. I had an email saying it was oversold so they cancelled my order, I have sent letters and email to Wowcher and Klarna, as they still want me to pay for goods I never had. That have all received images of the email and screen shots of all the flippin WhatApp conversation’s over the last three months , I am happy to go court to show that they cancelled and order and try to get my deposit back from Klarna

I bought a trolley that was faulty via Debenhams from MH Star the items handle was faulty and I contacted MH Star via telephone found on google, a email was sent to me to attach pics of fault and I got a reply very quickly and they send a new one out that day which arrived just 2 days later, very happy the issue was dealt with very quickly and resolved. Ordered a gazebo
Ordered a gazebo, found some parts missing, called the company customer service, they were extremely helpful. Sent a replacement gazebo which arrived the next day. We were told to keep the first gazebo and use it for spares. Ie spare set of curtains. Very happy with how our complaint was handled. Great job.

Ordered a bed through Debenhams and had to deal with this shocking company, first attempt only received 1 parcel, asked for a refund, was offered a 15% refund and to find other part myself as they were unable to locate them or they'd send another full bed out with the two items together. I agreed to let them send out another bed as I am without one. I received the items separately so refused delivery and sent both parcels back and the delivery driver said he hasn't had a refusal and claimed he delivered both on the same day but they were delivered 3 days apart. Now MH Star are saying the items were delivered on the same day and not issuing a refund. So I now have no bed and no refund. I have emailed them today and I've been told by a friend who practices law to contact the ombudsman if this is not resolved today. I'm a vulnerable adult and unable to leave the house. This is disgusting behaviour all round, I will not be shopping with MH Star or Debenhams ever again!

Ordered a dog crate through Debenhams. Turned up, opened it nothing like the colour ordered. The photo on Debenhams looked a warm oak brown. Turned up light cream brown. Contacted Debenham they contacted HM Star. Said it was right package as we sent photos. Must of been the light. Got back to Debenham said return it. They came back with 10% off. My furniture is oak and it was way too light. All the way through we have provided photo's. Message today. Provide photos, if its damaged or not fit for resale they won't refund. Would I accept 10%. They are purposely delaying return with courier company. I don't want the wrong item. If they wish me to take this further, I will oblige. £141.99 IS NOT CHEAP. As promised I would update my review my post. I managed to contact HMSTAR myself as Debenhams.com were taking forever to reply or not at all. HMSTAR responded straight away and sorted a collection date, and was told a refund would happen. By now Debenhams.com still not bothering. It was collected and refunded as promised. HMSTAR Debenhams.com does your company no favours. 3 days waiting for a response stresses people out. Thank you for taking over. I've upto you to 3 🌟
