Amazing service and very professional.

The whole team were so kind and accommodating on the day. I was given lots of advice and information regarding the entire process, before, during and after the circumcision. We were given access to an online photobook/slide show with pictures and guidance to reassure us of what is normal or not normal. As well as this, the doctor who performed the circumcision (Yassar) has texted every day to keep us up to date on how recovery should be going. He was also very quick to reply to messages if we had any concerns. I really feel the team goes above and beyond in patient aftercare and communication. I recommend this clinic for baby circumcision if you are looking for peace of mind and quality of care.

We used their service for our son’s circumcision and the staff were really nice, polite and helpful. They explained everything to us with a lot of patience and professionalism and also provided excellent support for days after the circumcision. I recommend them.

We recently used The Midlands Circumcision Clinic for the first time for our third son. The service was very professional and friendly from the point of booking the appointment and also communication was amazing from the get go too. On the day of the procedure we arrived early as advised, the clinic was running a bit late to which they were very apologetic for. Firstly we were seen by one of the doctors who went through details and explained what we can expect during the procedure and also after, very informative and reassured us with what to expect although we've done this before, it had been a while. Then for the actual procedure both the doctor and nurse were very pleasant, the nurse was very lovely and made sure our little one was as happy as he could be. Again, they talked us through everything as they went along and it was all done and dusted within 10 minutes.
The aftercare was second to none, receiving daily messages to let you know what to expect at each stage, the information provided was very accurate and concise and by day 11 the ring fell off with no complications along the way.
I would definitely recommend The Midlands Circumcision Clinic! Thank you so much for providing such an amazing service.

The Midlands Circumcision Clinic it s a really good clinic. Friendly staff, professional, helpful and efficient.
The after care is excellent. If you have any worries or concerns you can contact the number provided. They also send daily texts to remind you what is normal and what to expect. Very easy to book the appointment. Very thorough process of education regarding the procedure, pros and cons, complications to look out for. They keep in touch with you over sms with daily reminders of what to expect and what to do. Great communication and after care. Would definitely recommend.
