I started researching a lease car around six weeks ago through Carwow, and Craig Charlesworth from Milease picked up my enquiry from there.

From the start, Craig was reliable, responsive and very easy to deal with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, worked hard to find competitive quotes, and was patient as I compared different options. What stood out most was his flexibility — my working hours are not always straightforward, with weekends and different time zones involved, but Craig still managed to accommodate that and keep things moving.

I found him trustworthy, professional and genuinely focused on getting me the best available deal, rather than simply pushing for a quick decision.

Craig’s access to the nationwide market, combined with his willingness to go the extra mile, made the whole process much easier.

First private lease and went with Milease because lowest quote for my EV plus nearly all the reviews mention one employee - Craig. Sure enough, quote honoured, still can't get cheaper 6 months on. And Craig reassured me on my prime concern if volatile delivery dates. Before placing order he said 17weeks for that model and why. Sure enough and within a few days of that, it was on my drive. Throughout this period my questions about mats, finance, progress etc were all answered fast and accurately. So. What a good company and a great service.

Got car delivered 2 days ago and the service from Craig had been excellent. The contact through what’s app is fabulous as he’s been available day and night and is always willing to engage with you. Delighted with the car.
I had quotes through a couple of the bigger companies but emails and responses were really poor and you were just a number. The process with Milease is very personal and I would absolutely recommend them.

Very happy with Milease and Craig. Delivery of car was at the earlier end of the delivery window given and service from first call to delivery was excellent. Paperwork all efficient and relatively painless.
Would recommend and use again.
Added to that I’m happy with car ( was prepared to wait for model I wanted and had heard there might be delays which thankfully didn’t occur).
All in all a good positive experience.

Sorting a new lease car could not have been any more simple and straight forward.
Everything was taken care of for me with any question I had addressed in a very timely fashion.
This is now the second consecutive lease car I’ve acquired through Milease and I will continue to do so in the future.
