Military Kit Reviews

Have ordered several items from Military Kit;
1 Pair Mil-Tec Tactical Side Zip Boots Black
great price comfortable as hell, great kit.
3 x Olive Green Army Cotton T-Shirt fantastic quality, not your normal cheap Chinese junk, but quality material, great fit, I had the 2xl :)
In fact so good I ordered anther three olive and 3 blue :)

I also ordered a back pack, but sadly the couriers let us all down. BUT, Helen probably the best customer service girl in Christendom, persistently chased them through to when they agreed they had let us down and refunded cost. So big thank you to Helen and her team, and what can I say, 5* is not nearly enough, the quality of service and products is fantastic, if only all online shops were as easy to deal with.

I cannot recommend this product highly enough: ordered the Submariner Jumper and it is superb quality, better than I expected, and has been delivered promptly and efficiently. A great company to do business with.

Bought 4 items and the sizing was a joke.Had called previously to ordering to get advice and was given advice to purchase usual size. They arrived and wouldn’t have fitted a child.Took them straight to charity shop and lost £153 .Livid.Minus 10 stars.Don’t buy anything here.

Ordered a pair of boots in the morning and they were in the post by lunchtime. Excellent service and competitive price, I will certainly use this company again.

Very happy indeed, excellent prices, excellent promt service and the goods arrived in perfect condition- I don’t think you could get any better from anywhere else…. 100% recommended….. thank you guys you’re doing a great job 👍😊

Ordered a olive coloured base ball type cap to match my new gilet for my frequent shooting trips. Ordered late one day and it arrived by Royal Mail at 10am the next day. Now that is fast. It couldn't have been any faster if I lived next door to their business. The cap is well made. Fits well, just the job. I will be buying more outdoor clothing and gear from this company without doubt. Highly recommended.

Order with me within 2 days. Email & text updates about my delivery. Good price too. Would recommend based on my experience.

competitive prices and fast delivery, no complaints, well done!

Just want to say how helpful this business is. I had to change something and they were went over and above to help me.
So nice to talk to a human being instead of automated

Honestly. Getting told I’m a liar in no uncertain terms and not getting a refund on a jacket that arrived with a rip on the arm. Being told I’ve ripped it and worn it to which I pointed out I haven’t even left my building in it to rip it on anything. The staff are useless, have no customer service skills and I would tell everyone to avoid this company. Lots of other sellers have the same items and look after their customers. AVOID!

MTP combat shorts, new. Great fit. Very quick delivery and great price. Excellent service, will definitely buy from military kit again.

Terrible. Ordered several items online. I have now been waiting several months with no contact from the company.

Fantastic - Quick delivery and speedy no hassle returns service when one of the products didnt fit. Money back within 48 hours.
Made a number of purchases and upto now the products have all been excellent quality.

Perfect service and quality of jacket

I bought a British Army DPM Camouflage T-Shirt and in the product description online they say “Quality 185 gram 100% Cotton“. The product I received (after several days) was 50% cotton 50% polyester and very thin.

ive bought hats off them summer and winter, for me and my kids and they have been great, and ones ive bought British and German real miliatry hats NOT copies.
deliveded with in a 2 to 3 days. i dont look any where else now

Ordered a Alpha n3b to replace one I bought 15 years ago, also a pair of grade1 combat trousers.
They arrived pretty quickly and shipping was free, all good there.
Then I spotted that the grade I trousers were holed, also that the alpha jacket was much lighter and very poor quality compared to the jacket I owned previously.
I immediately contacted the company and arranged to return the goods for a refund. This was duly processed and a refund was issued, all within a 4 day time period.I thought it was pretty poor that returning damaged/poor quality goods would mean that the customer shouldered the cost.
I won’t be using this company again.

Bought a pair of Boots from this firm - quick delivery and excellent price I'm very very happy - highly recommend
