Horrendous service
I have a warranty with Samsung for a larder fridge which was reported faulty 6 October and then contracted to Mint.
Mint have taken 4 visits to NOT fix the machine and are insisting on yet another visit.
We are a family of 4 adults who have had no fridge for virtually all of October and between Mint and Samsung they keep pushing the ultimate requirement of a replacement fridge out.
When we ultimately replace the fridge it won't be Samsung and I would recommend NOT to buy their products
They clearly don't stand behind the quality of their work or value their customers.
I paid £1000 to have my TV screen replaced by this company, and the result was completely unacceptable. The new screen has visible scratches that are clearly noticeable when viewed closely. When I reported this issue, the company showed no interest whatsoever in taking responsibility or fixing the problem.
For the amount I paid, I expected professional workmanship and proper customer care — instead, I was met with indifference and poor service. This is not how a serious or reputable business should treat its customers.
I strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. They clearly don't stand behind the quality of their work or value their customers.
TINO The Brilliant And Exceptional Customer Services Agent!!
TINO who took my call and guided me through the entire process of booking an Engineer, setting up a Direct Debit and giving clear explanations of the Services to be provided, made me feel very much at home and allayed my fears. He provided a very safe environment for me and put my mind at ease. Such a Brilliant Agent. I didn’t think Customer Servants like Tino existed in this day and age of Negative World Events when most Call/Customer Agents seem exhausted, perplexed and are at best curt and abrupt with Customers. Where was he raised?? Who raised him?? Well-brought up individual and His manner was second to none. I tell you, he’s a great asset to Mint and please cherish him.

the ultimate computer says no company
I called to book there was a long delay as the guy was on holiday, but I had no choice but to wait. The call cut off and they didn't phone back for another day to tell me I had to pay or lose the appointment, but I couldn't take it as I was in meetings. When I phoned back it pushed it back another week. The guy who came seemed decent, got on with diagnosing it. But more than a week for the next person to come who looked at the fridge his colleague had worked on and said there were mouse droppings, so he wouldn't touch it, we offered to clean it up, but still no absolutely no sign of mouse poo anywhere nearer the component that needed work. the ultimate computer says no company. Cost £300 for 'as many visits as it takes' and the part. What a waste.
A catalogue of mistakes, experts in poor service
John Lewis outsourced the repair of my Samsung TV to Mint. It took a week just to arrange a collection, when collected the problem was mis-diagnosed and wasn't properly tested before returning, only to reaslise when the TV was back on the wall, they hadn't fixed the issue. The TV went back to the warehouse, no communication, constant chasing and two weeks later the TV was ready to be delivered...only for the driver to forget it at the depot. They did deliver the next day but the process took a month, they unnecessarily replaced most of the TV, I had to be at home 5 days and constantly chase for update - very painful!

Our Samsung Fridge/Freezer (RF65A977FSR) suddenly malfunctioned, just 3y after purchase. Whilst Samsung refused to accept any responsibility or cover costs (not the focus of this review), the Mint team was able to diagnose and fix the issue (which required a door change owing to a communication breakdown between motherboard and display). Nigel from Mint deserves a special mention. Well done.
Do not trust them with your appliances
Disgusting company. They are the official service partner of frauds of Samsung. Samsung referred us to these cowboys for an issue with our washing machine. We took a year subscription which they pushed onto us. Washing machine was broken but they said they can fix it after ordering parts after inspection. For nearly a month they kept giving appointments to fix the machine. On the day of appointment they would cancel the appointment saying parts didn't arrive, it's stuck in customs, we have ordered again . Lots of excuses. Then one day they supposedly got the part. The technician walks in empty handed, looks the machine and says there is water and mosquitoes in the machine. Now he doesn't want to repair it because of health and safety. He leaves and the company offers the part for 700 pounds, more than the washing machines cost. Now they cancel the contract and makes a big deal it's because of health and safety. The machine was broken, they came to inspect first time and didn't have any issues. Suddenly there is water and health and safety. After all this they have the audacity to cancel the contract and say it's your fault for keeping water in the drum. Not buying anything from Samsung anymore. Minting money and taking customers as fools

I contacted The Mint Group for a washing machine repair, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.
The engineer first visited and identified a fault. They returned on another occasion and then claimed to find a different issue. After that, they skipped two scheduled visits, offering vague and frankly ridiculous excuses.
When they finally did turn up again, the visit lasted barely 10 minutes. Shortly after, I was told that the engineer allegedly found signs of “mice activity” and became unwell. As a result, they now refuse to return to the property and have flatly declined to issue any refund for the parts I already paid for.
Instead, I was told that if I wanted the parts I paid for, I would have to collect them myself from Basildon — which is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
Avoid this company — their communication is poor, their service unreliable, and their customer support dismissive. I’m now left with a non-functioning appliance, out-of-pocket costs, and no resolution in sight.

Do not believe their diagnosis and get a second opinion as they wanted to replace a new TV screen (£1350) and would not listen when we questioned
We got another company who told us it was the main PC board which was replaced for £320 and the TV works like new.

Really good service
Really good service. Got phone call to book a time slot within a few hours of requesting repair. Had washing machine repaired the next day. No fuss, quick, clean efficient. Kevin the engineer was great.

Very bad service. I booked a repair for a three-month-old newly bought Samsung tv because of sound issue and Mint engineer came to my home and broke the complete display of 65-inch QLED TV. I requested for a replacement, and they denied. They totally neglect all the request we place and not at all co-operative.

Booked a repair of Samsung TV via Samsung website. Was told part was on order and then TV was picked up only to be returned back faulty saying the part was no longer available and was charged £100 for this service. I disputed this cost and all attempts were ignored.
So basically the labour I paid was for removal storage and return. How is that a service anyone wants to pay for?
I'd suggest all potential customers do not use this company.
Exceptional & Totally Professional
I thought they were exceptional.
From the ease of booking, once recommended by Samsung, through to keeping appointments and tracking engineers progress I can't fault them.
Oliver & Morey both brilliant, did exactly what was required.
Very professional, explained things, answered our questions. Even down to how smart they looked (and bringing their own shoe covers !).
Our 8K TV now working for (relatively) little outlay. Only delays due to parts & availability - which is out-with anyone's control. Around 4 weeks from first booking to resolution yesterday.
I understand this can be frustrating but, objectively, they (Mint) did exactly what they promised in the time-frames given.

Awful service.
The first engineer came to fix my fridge which was shutting off every two days,it was working after we unplugged it and plugged it again,and he told me that there are not issues with it, the only problem is that is situated next to the oven and we are probably using the oven too often.
We didn't use the oven at all for the next few days and the fridge stopped working again.
I've phoned to let them know and I was told to wait another few days to out rule any other issues. It didn't make any sense for me, why should I wait for another few days when it was clear that there was an issue with the fridge, we couldn't keep unplugging it and plugging it back every two days.
However, after several minutes of me insisting to send someone over again, he gave me a next day appointment, just because I've asked for his name so I can make a formal complaint.
The next engineer, Chris, found the issue and he booked an appointment a week later, the problem is that in the day of the appointment, the appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled two weeks later,2 days before our holiday, which was very inconvenient, as we wouldn't have the certitude that the fridge will be working, plus, I lost a day of work trying to accommodate the repair appointment which never took place.
I'm still waiting for them to come with a quicker solution,but the service was awful so far and very time consuming.

In to days world it's refreshing to be able to write a positive review having just spoken to a very polite friendly man with bags of integrity called Ronny.
When things break it's never great, but when you call up and find a man with this much integrity at the other end if makes a bitter pill, much easier to swallow.

Booked a service for my Samsung Fridge nearly two weeks ago. Insisted on payment in advance. Was booked in yesterday. Never arrived. No emails, voicemails, texts etc.
Called today on the phone - after 15 minutes on hold, an automated message told me to call back later and disconnected me! Eventually got hold of someone who was very rude and unhelpful. They claimed that they Engineer had visited. To be fair they have sent me a picture of my house - so the Engineer was there yesterday. But he did not ring my Ring Doorbell!! They claim he tried to call my phone, but if he did, he didn't leave a voicemail or text or email! Nothing! I guess I was meant to be psychic?
Now can't get the fridge fixed until January - even though I first called them on December 4th. Not sure I've had service quite this bad in a long time! Samsung are damaging their own reputation by working with Mint to be quite honest.
Deceitful
2 failed appointments and on the third appointment the engineer scratched my 6 week old cooker hood in numerous places and when I pointed this out he denied it. I then showed him a video I took of the cooker hood before the appointment and he was apologetic and advised the damaged cooker hood base would be replaced. He also scuffed the walls where he worked on it.
Next comes dealing with Mint. Gutter level customer service is ingrained here. They said they would come back within 3 days, but didn’t. They then said it would take a further 3 days and when I chased they said they couldn’t give me a timescale and the manager and director won’t speak to me. I have spent hours complaining to Samsung, it was escalated to the highest level president complaints at Samsung and Mint then denied causing any damage to the cooker hood or my walls.
Samsung have made Mint replace the cooker hood because I had a video showing it in perfect condition before the appointment. But Mint wouldn’t repair the damage to my wall as I had no evidence. Samsung have therefore covered the cost of the damage to my wall.
Before allowing these cowboys in to your home, photograph and video everything. There are other reviews of them denying damage to property.
Mint are an utter disgrace and Samsung should be ashamed at allowing these cowboys to service their warranty.

He did an extensive investigation to try and locate where the water was leaking from he was very professional and friendly explaining each step
Concluded the leak was external to the machine and indicated that he was happy to return if there is any further leak
Certainly will be happy to recommend the service provided
