I ordered 2 copies of a book for a project. When I received them in the mail, there was a third copy that was damaged during the printing process. Clearly, one of my original 2 copies printed incorrectly but they took the time and resources to reprint and assure they were up to the correct standard. I really appreciate this, as I’ve had issues with other retailers sending projects with errors with no rectification and felt frustrated. I will be ordering again

Quality of books is great, there were a few misprints (4/32), which wasn't ideal but is understandable. The other big stickler is the delays in production not being properly communicated. It was only after directly talking with customer service that my order was shipped. If you are looking for your books to arrive before a deadline, you have to keep poking them unfortunately.

Mixam did a wonderful job on my adult coloring book. No issues, fast turnaround. Will definitely use again.

Printing was fast at a decent price. System can be a little finicky when uploading documents but overall it's pretty easy. My quote said that print-on-demand link would be available after I purchased but after I purchased it told me it couldn't print-on-demand. That was one reason I chose this company and I would have ordered more copies orginially if I knew that I couldn't get a print-on-demand link. It's best probably if you check with customer service to be sure before ordering.

I had a few concerns about uploading my PDFs and I believe it was Julie (on 4/11) was extreemely helpful. She was very pleasant and professional. She advised me what to do and verified the additionals on her end. Overall, a pleasant and productive experience.

The quality is impeccable, very well-priced, and shipping was fast and easy. Website can be a little tricky to navigate. I highly recommend Mixam!

Mixam printed out my books exactly as I had laid it out for them and they turned out and feel amazing! It also arrived two days before the estimated shipping date! The website was also very easy to use and I was able to enter the information in easily without worry of it getting messed up at all. Amazing experience!!

Shipping was faster than expected, and the book’s print quality is outstanding. Exactly how I imagined it. I’m really grateful that errors are screened for before print.

As a professional artist, I needed a printing source. After scanning through the website to learn how to use it I trusted it and developed an intuitive procedure to upload many pdfs and use the built in editor to design my book. I called for assistance once and obtained expert advice to bolster my confidence. My first project, a 50+ page coffee table book, turned out just as I had planned. I was pleased at my first success as well as the better than competitive pricing. I’ll be back.

Web site was easy to navigate and the representative on the chat was very helpful.

The books came out beautifully and were delivered in perfect condition. I had some difficulty designing the spine, but Mixam was able to resize the spine design to fit for me. Wonderful work!

Besides some mishaps when it came to printing (that's my fault for not checking the proofs), it's a wonderful service to print books at a great cost and good turnaround time. Had some real trouble getting around with it, but luckily the live chat was open and the tech was super understanding! Shout out to Lain for helping me out a lot, especially when they helped fixed my trim edges and orientations!

Great product. However, I paid for express shipping and production but received neither. It was very hard to get a refund for the unfulfilled express services. Eventually settled for a partial refund for the express service.

there were a few things I couldn’t figure out online. I left several messages to get in contact with somebody so that I can submit my order in the timeframe that I wanted to submit my order. it took way longer than I expected for a representative to reach back out to me for help after leaving more than once voicemail…. by the time I was reached out to for the help I needed, I already figured out what I needed to from help from the Internet. The experience was very frustrating. Great product, but very frustrating process, the customer service experience when I first bought a product from this company is completely different from the first time I ordered, which was ann experience was amazing. I’m not sure what happened. not in a rush to come back to the frustration. great products. wishing the flaws in the company well

I really love using this service. I was pretty nervous the first time around but everything ended up seamlessly smooth. The price is right, the quality is impressive, and there's so many options for formatting. I'm a big self-publishing fan and this really expands what I feel capable of producing.
