We were delighted with MJD Residential Surveying. Firstly, their fee was highly competitive and we feel they went above and beyond. Booking was simple and they quickly accommodated our timescale. On the day, we received a message to confirm the survey had taken place, as well as Max calling us, the same afternoon, to give a really thorough verbal walk through. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. We really appreciated this so thank you Max. As it was booked for the week of Christmas, we were not expecting the written report until some time in the new year, but it arrived three days later (on the 23rd of December no less) which gave my husband and I time to discuss (and dissect!) over Christmas, this was wonderful. The report itself was superb, very detailed and included lots of pictures. From previous surveys we have had as well as surveys I have seen, this is easily one of the best and most detailed. We would like to thank MJD Residential Surveying and Max for their excellent attention to detail, recommendations and communication. We wish them all the success in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone.

Efficient and professional.

Very thorough with excellent attention to detail. Easy to book and kept up to date every step of the way. The surveyor called and talked me through his findings after doing the survey and a very detailed report arrived a few days later. An all round excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend.

This company offers excellent service. Their fees are very competitive and they offer good value for money. I had a level 3 survey. They were always at the end of a phone to answer questions and explain how my survey would be conducted. When they had done the survey the surveyor rang me and went through everything he had found and gave very helpful advice. The report came a week later and was thorough and easy to read. Each section was graded so that I could see at a glance what I needed to pay particular attention to. There was a whole section for my solicitor's guidance too. In addition there was general guidance about making sure of other things that you should do before exchanging contracts. I strongly recommend their service.
