Mobile PC Medic Limited Reviews

I met Alex over 15 years ago. He helped me with my computer, laptop and tablet making sure that I had updates, security and gave advice when and where necessary. Over the years he has also helped by obtaining new computers and made sure that I was fully aware of their use before he left the house. I do not know what I would have done without him. He also helps my son with anything he needs too. He is honest, reliable and knows his way round most IT things. Thank you, Alex!

I have used mobile PC Med for many years and have always received prompt, courteous and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly recommend Mobile Medic who I have dealt with for some years now. Any problem I have had has been dealt with speedily by way of home visits or remote access. Apart from problem solving they have recommended useful and reliable upgrades to a computer novice and installed them at my request.

My computer system had slowed to a crawling speed; I called in Mobile PC Medic for some help. Alex assessed the computer and advised that it was no longer able to update to the latest Mac version. Alex asked questions on how and what I use the computer for. He sourced a new Dell laptop, advised on best mobile broadband and got me up and running with a backup system. He had a practical approach and always considered the economical route as well. I found Mobile PC Medic professional and efficient with time on every visit. I now have improved some work processes and am delighted with the speed of my new computer. Working on the new system is more enjoyable and I will not hesitate again to call in Mobile PC Medic the next time I need support.

I was so happy to have found Alex to repair my son’s very expensive Gaming laptop which I accidentally damaged. I was quoted by another repairer and it was too much for what I thought was a small hinge. My friend recommend Alex to me and I was so pleased to have found a very honest professional! A very rare find these days. I would highly recommend Alex without any hesitation for all your IT needs.
