NAS drive setup
My Nas drive experienced a ransomware attack. Unfortunately only certain files were able to be recovered due to the hack.
Alex advised me on a new nas to get, that had better security and functionality than my WD one. After purchasing the unit and hard drive, Alex came round to set it up for me, spending a bit of his time on a Saturday morning doing so.
I appreciated the time he spent setting up my new drive as it would have taken me a good while to do so myself, had I attempted it. He was prompt and knowledgeable in relation to my I.T. issue. Having used him previously, he has always been able to assist.
