I ordered a smart ring and although I have a tracking number the item hasn’t been passed to Royal Mail and still no update 3 days later (meant to be Royal Mail 24). I wouldn’t usually leave reviews... Toon meer

Recently visited MobilityX, I was greeted by two lovely lads whom where very helpful and friend from the off, I needed a new power chair to suit my needs I also brought my family along and we was offered coffee and my family was given chairs to sit comfortably, the facility was very clean and welcoming, I spend a good few others with them testing out all sorts of chairs and they demonstrated everything step by step, I can’t thank Rob and Josh Enough, they have been fantastic and the process from start to having everything ready for delivery has been flawless.

Wow, spoke to Rob and arranged a visit to the warehouse in Leicestershire what a range over 100 different chairs and scooters to choose from Rob made me a tasty coffee and I walked away with my new to me Drive envoy thanks Rob would highly recommend
Visited the warehouse. Nice friendly guy. Didn’t have the wheelchair I was after apparently sold. No toilet facilities if you are disabled.

I chose MobilityX because their website heavily advertised a 12-month warranty on their scooters. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
When the scooter first arrived, it did not include a charger. I had to spend time chasing this up with phone calls and was eventually told the charger would be sent separately by post. This was frustrating when I had just purchased the scooter and wanted to start using it.
After around six months, the scooter stopped working. I contacted MobilityX immediately by email but received no response for over a week. When I called, I was told to email again. The same thing happened, leading to repeated delays.
Eventually, after a lot of back and forth, MobilityX agreed to collect the scooter and carry out repairs. However, despite numerous phone calls, emails and voicemails trying to confirm the collection date and time, the collection never happened.
At that point, I had no choice but to pursue a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider to recover my money.
To make matters worse, while trying to arrange a private repair, I contacted several repairers who told me they could not help because the scooter used third-party parts rather than parts supplied by the original manufacturer.
I was left without a working scooter for months and spent a significant amount of time chasing responses and trying to get the issue resolved.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a mobility scooter for my wife, and was told it would be deliveted the next day. It was not. We were not given any tracking information, and they were unreachable by phone. We emailed them our concerns, yet it took 48 hours for them to respond. They said the scooter had a fault, so would we like a different one? We declined and asked for a refund.
On the day we ordered the scooter they clearly realised later that day that the scooter was faulty, which is why it was not given to the courier company, so they should have told us that day, not wait 48 hours, by which time we had wasted a lot of time staying in, in case the scooter was delivered.

Their customer service was outstanding,they were very quick to solve my problem,also must say their product is the best hearing aid I have ever had,for quality,and confort, I would highly recommend any one needing an hearing aid to try them first.

I wouldn’t usually leave reviews but the communication has been none existent. I have emailed and also instant messaged multiple times to request them to look into the delivery problem and no response. I have also phoned multiple times and it just rings out and goes to giffgaff voicemail.
I will now have to go through the hassle of making a chargeback through my card to get this resolved.
Very disappointed in this.

The order was meant to be a next day delivery…7 days later and still no sign. When I contacted their number it went to voicemail every time and their chat was just answered by a bot. Total scam company. Don’t buy from them. Luckily I brought through a third party finance so was able to block the rest of the payments.

From the beginning I was given all the help to make a good decision. I've just bought a used power chair from MobilityX for my elderly and infirm mother. A new model would have cost at least £5k, and this refurbished model was just under £2k, and in really good condition. The advice and service that we received from Robson - the owner - was excellent. He knows his stuff and is very polite and helpful. We visited his warehouse, just outside Leicester, and tested a number of chairs one day, decided on our preferred model and he delivered it the next. He's also able to make any minor alterations or adjustments that may be required. Although the warehouse looks a bit basic from the outside, I can't fault the service or the value and would highly recommend. Thank you Robson!

Do not deal with this company 😐. Very poor service. Next day service is not factual. 7 days later after cancelling it arrived. I refused delivery. Absolutely disgusting service. I have informed my bank to get a refund. As I have no trust with them.

Ease of purchase, quick delivery, well packaged. Instructions with hearing aids easy to understand, have been using them for a few days now my right ear was down to half of hearing, using these aids I now have
full sound and the ability to raise or lower the sound at a
touch is great. I'm very happy with the product also the

I originally purchased a smart watch for my mother, to check her diabetes and other medications.
We received the smart watch fairly quick, once received we tried numerous times to sync the smart watch, firstly onto my mum's phone, then my sister's phone and finally my phone.
Dispite numerous attempts, the smart watch wouldn't connect to any phone.
So I contacted MobilityX to return the smart watch for a full refund.
MobilityX were very helpful and allowed me to return the smart watch. Not only did MobilityX refund me the full amount, they also refunded the postage fee very quick. There are not many companies that would refund the consumers postage fee so quick.
For me personally, I feel MobilityX went above and beyond to refund the smart watch plus postage fees.
The staff were really helpful on the telephone and via email.
Once again, thank you MobilityX for all your help and quick response.
