Bought a mobility scooter for my grandad from MobilityX and honestly the whole experience was brilliant. The price was fair, the communication was great, and my grandad absolutely loves his new scooter. Really happy with the service and would 100% recommend MobilityX to anyone
The MD sent pictures of a used Beamer Tramper mobility scooter which he said he had in stock. My dad paid for a service and delivery. Then the MD claimed it had a gearbox problem and he couldn’t supply it - but these scooters don’t have a gearbox. Beamer Tramper confirmed they have seen several recent scam sales of their scooters online. We found the exact same pictures of the scooter on an online marketplace. The owner said she still had it and it hadn’t been sold to mobilityx. The MD tried to get dad to take an alternative scooter and sent pictures. But again we found the exact same pictures on another online marketplace from over 6 months ago. MD was unable to provide evidence he had either scooter in stock. I raised the issue with citizens advice and trading standards and the bank. Fortunately we managed to get a refund on the last possible date before starting the process of a chargeback. The situation caused a lot of anxiety.

Brilliant, professional, friendly service. Robson was incredibly knowledgeable and supported my mum in choosing the most suitable product. I have already recommended to other family members.

Due to requiring an electric scooter I researched several company’s and came across mobilityX. I spoke to a lovely man called Robson whom provided advice and guidance ensuring I purchased the right scooter. Overall excellent service, delivered on time, excellent condition, highly recommended.
I have been after a mobility scooter for a few months now but did not feel confident enough to buy off the web as unsure of what I really needed.. my daughter messaged mobility x and I then received a call from the MD himself and we had a long discussion about which scooter would suit my needs best.
After a video call and rob showing me a few that would suit me I decided on a pride ranger and I’m very happy with the choice.
Rob dealt with my purchase and delivery himself and the scooter arrived looking superb and well packaged on a pallet.
I was able to videocall rob and he talked me through all the controls and how to use the charger as required, he was exceptionally helpful and despite being very busy was not troubled to help all he could.

I recently bought a mobility scooter from MobilityX and overall I'm really happy with it. The scooter itself is solid, comfortable, and does exactly what I needed it to do. It's easy to use, smooth to drive, and feels stable and safe when out and about.
The battery life has been good so far - I can go out for a decent amount of time without worrying about it running flat, which gives me a lot more confidence and independence. The seat is comfortable, and everything feels as it should and I’ve had no problems.
Ordering was straightforward and the scooter arrived as expected. Any questions I had were answered, and once I got used to it, it's genuinely made getting around a lot easier and less stressful.
I don't normally write reviews but the service I received from rob on the purchase of my wheelchair was exemplary.
I was very hesitant to purchase online so I emailed mobility x and rob called me back instantly and gave me a full walk around of the wheelchair on live video and helped me through the purchase very easily.
The chair was £6000 pounds so he understood my fears and nursed me through as I am not the best on computers.
The chair arrived on a pallet 48 hrs later and to say I was happy was an understatement, it was gorgeous and rob had adjust the seat width to perfection for me.
After two weeks of joyful ownership I needed a holder fitting for my crutch as I needed this to transfer from my wheelchair into a normal chair , so I called rob and within 72bhrs he had supplied and fitted the holder and had even driven 40 miles to do it so you can imagine how thrilled I was.
Do not hesitate to purchase from this company it really is first class.. thankyou rob

This company is nothing short of a scam preying on vulnerable people. They miss sell items and refuse to give refunds, and give misleading advice about return times
We are taking this further with trading standards as this man is taking large amounts of money for items not fit for purpose

Absolutely shockingly bad behaviour from MobilityX!
My 86yo father who has limited eyesight and poor hearing bought an expensive 2nd hand scooter from MobilityX for just under £6,000. A massive amount of money for my father. We visited them to see the scooter and my dad drove it briefly. Dad paid for it and it was delivered within a week but was left half fallen off a wooden pallet, not taken off as promised. After arranging to borrow a trolley jack, 3 of us got it off the pallet and unwrapped it. Only then could we see that there were no keys with the scooter to lock/secure it. At no point when viewing the ScooterPac scooter were we told of this. It was marketed in good, nearly new condition. MobilityX were very evasive despite my repeated emails/calls on behalf of my dad. They eventually said they would get spare keys and post them. They sent a pair that were so obviously not for dad’s scooter which had central locking. After repeated complaining they said they would order a replacement part and I pushed them to come to dad’s house to fix it. They cancelled the night before saying they would send the part to dad to arrange own repair or would collect the scooter, fix it and return it. I have asked them to send the part because I do not trust them to have £6k of dad’s money and the scooter. They are ignoring me again, on behalf of my dad. Three months after dad paying £6k for the scooter it still can’t be used as it can’t be left unlocked. MobilityX have been utterly shocking, I have never in my life received such appalling service and complete failure to take responsibility for selling a scooter which was not as described and avoiding resolving their significant shortcomings . I would advise against giving them any money. Next step I’m reporting them to Trading Standards.
Updated review on 14/6/26 after MobilityX have responded to the review with a rather limited account. The scooter did not have the keys delivered with it which meant it could not be locked. After many emails try to resolve this issue my father passed away. MobilityX offered a buyback at 1/3 of original cost which I accepted. After they received the scooter and after 2 months of repeated emails I had still not received payment. I had to start court proceedings to eventually get the money, meanwhile the scooter was up for sale again on their website. It was extremely challenging to get the money and I am not a vulnerable elderly person.

Ordered a watch, supposed to be next day delivery. Three days later, still no watch, not even any updates or tracking information. Called the office, went to gift gaff voicemail, which is not very business like.
Really feel like this is a scam, will be taking it further and recovering my money.
So just a heads up if you are looking to order something, be wary.
Now, if the watch does actually arrive, I will update this review. Just wish i could have got to speak to someone, would have made a big difference.

I bought a used mobility scooter so I didn't expect excellent condition but after checking it found the batteries in poor health so they did offer to replace them but after collection turned up I found out it had to be on a pallet. I'm disabled and can't imagine how they think people can manage this.
I decided to return it for refund.
The response i got was I had had it longer that my 14 day return window, this was incorrect, conversations went on with them trying to hold on to my money and 2 weeks after return still no refund.
I have turned to PayPal and consumer rights to get my refund. Company have also stopped responding to messages.
Response from seller bellow is incorrect Case was not opened until refund refusal. I have not had refund at this time while my bank investigate the problem.
I now have my refund after my bank took the money from sellers bank , tried to con the bank and gave information but was seen

After my nhs powerchair broke down and had to go in for a lot of work I was left in bed. Came across Mobility X website and rang Rob first thing Monday morning explained my situation he worked super hard to have all the alterations done and in the mail that same day I received the powerchair the next day. Would highly recommend this company!
I bought a gold Jaguar Rosewood walking cane that looked fantastic. It was supposed to come in three sections and have an elegant rubber foot.
When it was delivered, it was in two pieces and was solid black metal with a large rubber foot.
I got in touch with customer services and they admitted it was a mistake. I was able to return the item for a full refund.
MobilityX are now claiming that I kept the walking stick. This is untrue. Is was returned with tracked delivery. They should have refunded postage because it was mis-sold but this was never offered. They also complained to Trustpilot to get my review removed but after I gave evidence to Trustpilot it has been reinstated.

I ordered the recondition Acorn 130 stairlift on 3 July2025 and MobilityX can provide the installation on 6 July Sunday which is quick marvelous service. The quality of stairlift is very nice with 12 monthly warranty.
The attitude was showing the professional during the installation and chatting. It would be good to be recommended.
