Modern Furniture offered a great price, excellent discount deal and wonderful customer service with exceptional communication and speedy delivery. The desk I purchased looks lovely but the instructions are terrible! Parts were labelled incorrectly; instructions were unclear and incorrect and some parts weren't even listed on the assembly instructions. As a result, the desk took much longer than it should have to assemble. I would suggest that Modern Furniture put together their own instructions.

Prompt delivery and good solid, attractiveproduct

This is the third item that I bought from Modern furniture.

Delivery was very prompt. When i purchased the item it was listed as delivery in 3 weeks. The next day i received a phone call from the dispatch manager and my cabinet was organized for delivery the day after. Very speedy service.

Items came all undamaged and went together without any real issues. The only thing I would advise is to scan the QR code on the manual and watch the assembly video since the assembly plans that come with the box aren't very clear.

Very happy with the result and I will be back again.

Furniture is great, exceeded my expectations, but ensamble instructions should be more specific.
in regards to delivery, I am very disappointed.
I paid for tow people for delivery and move it into my home. I receive a phone call the day before and explained them that i wanted all the boxes to be put on the second floor and they argued that there was not any problem at all. However when the two guys came to my home they told my wife that were not able to move to boxes to the second floor because they were too bug and heavy, my wife explained that we paid for two people to be able to move it easily, but they said that it was not their problem and just let the boxes on the first (ground) floor.
When I arrived home I found that boxes were big and heavy, however I was able to move them by myself. Of course it would be easier for two people specially if that is their job. I confirm that they could do it but, simply didn’t want to do it.
I strongly recommend to found another delivery company otherwise it will continue damaging the company damage.

I love my new bookcase, it's looks stylish and modern, with lots of spaces.
also delivery was very quick and any time I called support team were very helpful.

Delivery was fast and efficient but the product was low quality, worse assembly instruction ever, and cheap quality chair and assembly kit. Ikea product is made much better quality than that. Don’t think it’s going to last too long.

Love the quality and look! delivery was a bit confusing and later than expected. Had difficulty to install the door hinges and to adjust.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 is due the instructions that come with it, 4 packets of screws and nails you have to guess, it could do with a few more steps. Love love the desk very smart and a great addition to our office.
