Great experience, I received toy in perfect condition, very easy to assemble, my kids play non stop already 6 month and I have no any problems.When I called company to help me buy right toy customer service was very helpful .I definitely recommend this company and product. Thank you

Beyond frustrated with my purchase
Beyond frustrated with my purchase. Purchased a 24V F450 for my son's 5th birthday April 2025. He rode it less than 20 times in a span of 6 weeks. The toy started to become finicky when we'd use the push button to start (almost like there was a short circuit in the system) and finally stopped working altogether.
I contacted customer service who had me take apart the toy and send pictures. I was told the circuit board had been exposed to water after I sent pictures. Although I can't say with 100% certainty water couldn't have gotten onto the circuit board I do know that it's parked in my garage, so I'm not sure how it would get wet. I was told I could purchase a new circuit board, but they couldn't guarantee it would work. I was also told if I live in a humid area (which I do) that that can cause moisture to contact the circuit board.
I expressed my frustration via email and asked for someone to explain what about the pictures made them state the part had been exposed to water. I have not heard back and that email was sent 10/2/25.
I'm really disappointed that an $800 toy would be that unreliable and was told if it's humid where you live that could be the problem. That's insane. At this point I have the toy disassembled I'm not sure I could even get it put back together.
