The Christmas nutcracker Norbert, is very well finished and worthy of the price. It has bright lit buttons, and makes an amazing welcome for our Christmas guests at about 3ft tall. Delighted.

Great value for money product and excellent quality.

This is hard for me to assess as it was sent to a property being refurbished. No poor feedback from builder so must be ok!

Genuine company. I bought the keter hi-store+ the delivery was fast. Assembly was a bit tricky but well explained. I truly recommend the seller. Will buy again from this store.

Ordered a cover for our stacking rattan garden furniture - different make to that described but the same dimensions. This was the only place I found that did it, and they are local to us.

It does state in the description that even though it shows as in stock, delivery takes up to 10 working days. What confused me though was the (possibly automated) email saying it had been despatched really quickly. When it didn’t arrive after that I got in touch with Modern Rattan. They were really quick in responding and said that it was coming direct from the manufacturer so would be longer.

The only reason I put this to 4 stars is because of the confusing email that made me think my order was lost somewhere or that I’d ordered from a website that wasn’t genuine. It’s a great item, perfect to cover the furniture and prompt customer service. Really pleased.

Was a pre-order that took quite long to arrive but was well worth it. Company also offered this item at a resonable price.

Ordered a Nova pergola from them but after several weeks waiting for delivery had to cancel the order as I needed the item urgently. I understand they are having difficulties with some of their suppliers (as are many other vendors at the moment).

Still giving 4 stars as despite the supplier issues, their customer service was good - responding quickly to my emails / calls and gave me a full refund promptly after I cancelled.

I haven’t had any customer service message about this only that you keep chasing manufacturers please advise

Excellent product, delivered quickly and on time with no problems.

Very pleased with the final product, a Nova pergola with a louvered roof in grey aluminium. Owners went out of their way on a weekend to help with the order. Order was taking longer than advised; not surprising in the world climate and events. However, discovered that after several emails were not being answered, if you tried the on line chat that was answered within minutes. More notification of delays or arrival dates would have been welcomed, and less anxiety on my part. The delivery was swift, easy and the final product is wonderful. We are Very pleased.

Great customer service and somehow a better price than the wholesale distributor.

Was a bit hesitant as I bought a Maze garden sofa at a price which seemed too good to be true. But delivery was excellent and the sofa is perfect. Plus got some free winter covers!

Nice solar lamp but arrived with defects. It has been 10 days and havent heard back from customer service with the solution. Wouldnt order again.
