Order took a bit longer than expected to arrive however I do get this wasn’t their fault entirely. However the garden furniture was better than the expected, very nice and easy to put together.

Ordered a set of garden furniture after having an absolute nightmare with Robert Dyas! Modern Rattan were a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The furniture is fantastic but then we already have a MAZE set so aware of the quality. Dropped a star as we desperately wanted the set for the Bank Holiday weekend but sadly they couldn't deliver in time so delivery was a little slower than a larger more well known company such as Amazon could have done. Apart from that, highly recommend Modern Rattan for your garden furniture needs.

Fantastic service from this company, I ordered wrong product online, was no problem called me within 5 mins of a chat and arranged the right order. Was delivered within a few days, text a delivery slot and they were early. Lovely delivery team too.
Furniture it’s great quality and looks amazing.

The corner suite has received many compliments for its elegant design, soft cushions & pale grey. I LOVE it.

It's a great product for the price,delivered on time and carried through to the garden.

Looks great . Bought it to go with our garden furniture set to store the cushions from it . Bit disappointed with the dimensions given as they didn’t say internal or external for the measurements which has meant not all of the cushions will fit inside.
The storage bag inside is great as it allows you to keep everything dry.
Good quality highly recommend even if it was a bit expensive in our view.

Bought a garden sofa cover on the second of June and nothing. I emailed and nothing, made a call and spoke to a guy who said he would look in to it and respond to my original email and nothing. When I call now all I get is a full answering service and then get cut off.

Update:

I've had a call and they have apologise for not getting back to me sooner but there was issues with the main supplier and the item I ordered, so have refunded me.

Easy to order, keep up date with progress of order and delivery.
Have used sofa and chairs every day.
Well made and sturdy when using them,but light enough to move around easily.
Easy to adjust reclining back
Seating cushions and back rest cushions are excellent.
Well worth the money.

After initially putting a 1 star rating whilst waiting for my pergola to be delivered,I must admit it is excellent quality and worthy of a 5 star. I was angry because it was my wife’s birthday. I take it back sorry and thankyou

Modern rattan pergola

We ordered an aluminum pergola from modern rattan as they were super competitive price wise. They gave a lead time for delivery but as it happened, our landscapers started our job early and after contacting modern rattan to explain, our order arrived far quicker than first advised.
Very very good customer service and a great product.

Problems with delivery company they use (I would advise them to change it) but had a very considerate call from the company when things weren't right which was greatly appreciated (Thus the 5 Stars). Product was eventually delivered and is exactly what was required.
