Very disappointing quality and customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Molly Olivia.
I purchased a bracelet in August, and after only a couple of months, several of the blue stones have already fallen out. For a piece of jewellery that is relatively new, I would expect much better quality.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted Molly Olivia on 20th October to explain the issue and ask whether anything could be done, but I have still not received a response.
Their website states that they aim to respond within 48 hours, yet I have been waiting over a week without even an acknowledgement of my email.
I really liked the bracelet when I first purchased it, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
Unfortunately, the combination of poor product quality and a lack of communication has left me very dissatisfied. I would expect much better from a company that promotes its jewellery as high quality.
I hope Molly Olivia takes customer concerns more seriously and resolves this issue.

Silver bangle
Gorgeous silver bangle, I bought the donut bangle at Burghley Horse Trials where Molly had a stand. Its really lovely and fabulous quality.
I usually can't wear bangles as I have large hands but normal wrists, however this has a hinge with a good fastening clip.
Delighted with my purchase.

Beautiful one time wear
Stumbled across Molly Olivia’s stall at Wilderness and fell in love with some hexagon shaped earrings. Absolutely gutted as I wore it once on Saturday and haven’t seen it since. Left it at the Airbnb and someone has taken them 😭. I wore it all day and night comfortably, so would highly recommend. X

I recently bought the Pearl Nugget Necklace from Molly Olivia and I absolutely love it. The quality is beautiful, it feels so well made, and it’s one of those pieces that goes with everything. I’ve had so many compliments already!
I also met Molly at Wilderness Festival, and she couldn’t have been lovelier. She took the time to chat with me, helped me choose the perfect piece, and was so warm, friendly and genuine. It made the whole experience feel really personal.
