I have edited this review as I originally gave one star as customer service had not replied to my emails. They said email went into their junk which is why missed & since then customer service has been really good so would have been unfair to have left original review. Plus the earrings when they arrived were beautiful & just like the images and I will be ordering again.

Bad experience! Avoid!!!
I got my Sienna earrings, and I didn’t like them, because they are way more smaller than I thought, so I decided to return them.
After a week I send them the request of return, they finally accepted it.
I sent them back on 15/09/2026 and still haven’t arrived from Croatia to Netherlands! 3 weeks!
Poor service! I paid in total 32€ of shipping, for those expensive earrings, for what?! To be the longest shipment ever!
So disappointing! Avoid!

I order earrings for a wedding but shipping was horribly long, and they arrived too late for the event (NL to Portugal). Tracking was non-existent and customer support were unable to provide any further info other than what I saw myself on the item tracking. When they did finally arrive, one earring was noticeably wider than the other. I contacted customer service who (weirdly) suggested I try to fix it myself. felt this was amateur hour as far as service goes. The earrings should have been replaced. Period. Response to service email were slow too which made everything more frustrating. I won’t be buying from the brand again and I won’t recommend it to friends. There are better brands out there. Disappointing experience.

PLEASE READ THIS. This company did not send me a set of Illusion earrings that I purchased and after 3 weeks of inquiring and sending photos of what I have received they still have NOT responded.

Not trustworthy and I am out almost 300 US dollars

The customer service was top notch! I had a problem with shipping, and they responded quickly and sent a new shipment out to me when they couldn't get UPS to track down the shipment. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with a pair of earrings I bought and customer services did everything they could to correct it. I’m now a happy customer with a beautiful pair of earrings!

I‘m loving this bag, its like a mombagx kinda birkin but not bc it is with real linniar? How u say stoffstück? It is real LINE.
A friend told me it was a shitty bag bc of the color, and i didnt understand what he meant bx i love this bag. So bc it is very real you can clean her with some natural things. But only natural ingridiends.

I ordered earrings for the higher/middle part of my lobe. The first pair were beautiful, but the post was ridiculously long and dug into my neck at night. For earrings designed for that area, and which you are meant to be able to leave in rather than remove every day, that made no sense.

I contacted the company because I was unhappy. Replies were consistently very slow throughout the whole process. I was repeatedly told they were a small business. So am I, and I would never leave a dissatisfied customer waiting that long for a response.

I exchanged them for a more expensive pair after being told they would be more comfortable. Unfortunately, the replacements were mediocre-looking and disappointing, so I asked to return them. Conveniently, I was then told that an exchange or return was no longer possible.

There has been nothing enjoyable about this experience: not the original design issue, not the slow communication, and not the outcome. Just because something is advertised heavily on Instagram does not mean it is worth buying.

I ordered two sets of earrings one of which are hoops so tiny I cannot attach them to my ears. The photos they show on their website show them bigger. I reached out to Aaria on Instagram and they offered an exchange which I thought was good. However I emailed as instructed to request a shipping label and have received no response. I had also ordered two rings from them decided to keep one but again no response when I asked to return the ring I don’t want. I am now stuck with the earrings which I cannot wear and a ring which I don’t want. Don’t order from this company!

Do not purchase as customer service absolutely shocking and don’t seem to want to respond when things go wrong. Royal Mail unfortunately lost my parcel and trying to get a refund from them is like getting blood out of a stone. I have quoted consumer rights act but apparently I have to wait for Royal Mail investigation they have opened which isn’t my problem and will take go knows how long to sort. I have asked for a refund on numerous occasions which just seems to be getting overlooked. Going to have to end up raising a charge back through my card issuer at this point. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Poor! Took me a week to get a response from anyone regarding returning an item. I chased on email and Instagram and finally got a response with no return instructions.
After I paid through the nose for a tracked 24hr service to return the item it took well over a week for the return to be processed and another few days for the funds to arrive - that was again after I had chased on various platforms.
Really disappointed with the product and the service.

Ordered a pair of illusion earrings in silver for my Mum’s Birthday. Really good delivery, boxed beautifully and the earrings were beautiful, sparkly and delicate looking. My mum loved them and has had no issue getting them in. She only has a small lobe but they do not look too big or overpowering. It hasn’t been long so I don’t know how they will last but she is very happy so far.

They refused to accept my return on a 300€ order, which I have no use for.
This is a simple rip off, an absolute NO GO!
Almost criminal

The Sienna stack earrings look beautiful, but trying to get them through my piercings, that I've had over 40 years, is horrendous. The post is just too thick. I have to smear on vaseline and spend at least 5 minutes trying to force them in. God awful product from this point of view....what an expensive error.

I recently received my much anticipated earrings only to find out that the posts are too thick and wouldn't go into my ear piercings. Aaria refused to offer me an exchange/return or credit due to "hygiene" reasons. Now I'm stuck with a pair of expensive earrings I can't wear or even exchange. This is unheard of in my entire life experience of shopping online. So disappointing and, quite frankly, shocking. I feel like I've been robbed. I will never buy from them again and don't recommend it to anybody.

The earrings are beautiful, I love the designs, and would buy again. The shipping was quick, no problems with taxes & duties, which was also a huge advantage.

Tiny overpriced earrings, company dont do returns. Can be bought from elsewhere for much less.
