Great price and really fast delivery. Needed a bench tile saw for large format limestone floor tiles quite quickly for our hall. Monstershop offered a great price and really fast deliver so we're delighted. The T-Mech saw is great to use and a real step up from our small table top wet saw.

Wasrek besteld, maar voor de helft geleverd. Schijnbaar is het pakket in twee delen verstuurd en zweeft het tweede pakket nog ergens anders in de wereld. De klantenservice mail sporadisch terug, maar een echte oplossing komt er niet. Ik zie nu pas alle slechte reviews, zeg maar dag tegen je centen.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I ordered a fish tank from this company, I got an email saying the order was officially dispatched and received a link + tracking code. I tried tracking this and it would not work at all. I contacted Monstershop who then told me it would be delivered on the 30/01/26 between 9-5:30. The delivery had to be signed for so my partner booked the day off work but it didn’t arrive.
We then contacted the logistics company who told us that the hadn’t even received the Pallet yet and it would be Monday more likely so once again I emailed Monstershop about the this but they didn’t respond to my email. I waited until today to contact them again as I still didn’t have any response from them. They eventually got back to me with the excuse that the fish tank got held up at customs but gave me a completely different tracking number which still would not work. They then said that It would be delivered Wednesday/Thursday but unfortunately I cannot take any more time off work. I asked for a refund multiple times as they kept offering me alternatives that didn’t suit me as my partner nor I could take anymore time off work to sign and receive the delivery but now I’ve been left without a response yet again.
4/2/26 - Still no response despite multiple emails and responding to other reviews 1 hour ago.
I rang the courier “palletforce” who has confirmed with me that the tracking has been deleted from the system now but yet no confirmation nor communication with Monstershop. Deliberately “Ghosting” my emails and calls.

The bunker itself seems fine once put together.
As per other reviews you need a rivet gun and a bit of a logical mind but we were prepared for it having read the reviews in advance of buying.

Collection was arranged smoothly and a replacement tank was delivered without any hassle. Very pleased with the service and resolution.

AVOID THESE COWBOYS LIKE THE PLAGUE – DELIBERATE SCAMMERS – 0/10
I made the mistake of buying 4 warehouse racking shelves from The Monster Group UK via Amazon (total just over £300) in early November 2025. What a catastrophic error that turned out to be.
What eventually arrived late was absolute garbage:
• Every single bay was heavily scratched and dented
• Multiple upright posts were bent
• Several beams were missing
• Five complete shelves were entirely missing the wooden panels
Basically, they sent me used damaged, incomplete, clearly returned/used stock that was completely unfit for purpose.
I contacted them the same day and was told they would get back to me total silence for 6 days.
Chased again, another week of nothing.
Finally got a vague “we’ll arrange collection” promise… then radio silence again.
They’ve promised collection “within the next 7 working days” on four separate occasions now. We are now approaching two full months since the junk arrived, and the broken, incomplete racking is still taking up half my garage like a £300+ reminder of their utter contempt for customers.
Every single email gets the same response, lazy copy-paste template nonsense.
Not one single apology. Not even the fake corporate “sorry for any inconvenience” rubbish. Just pure arrogance.
I’ve now referred them to Trading Standards, started the Amazon A-to-z claim process, and I’m preparing a small claims court action because these people have zero intention of ever refunding or replacing properly.
The Monster Group UK are not just bad, they appear to be running what looks like a systematic operation of taking people’s money, sending damaged/incomplete tat, then disappearing and hoping buyers give up.
If you’re thinking of buying anything from these clowns, racking, shelving, storage, anything, Don’t do it! Just WALK AWAY. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the rage.
They deserve every bit of bad publicity coming their way. I’ll be posting this experience everywhere I can until I get my full refund.
Criminal levels of customer abuse. 0 stars if it were possible.

Well I took the chance and so glad I did the bed was on offer plus extra January sale discount,
The bed is flat pack and surpled with good quality cushions, also came with free next day delivery,
10/10 to the monster shop im very happy and very impressed

My purchase was meant to be a next day delivery. I placed my order on the 23rd of December to be delivered on the 24th of December. The order didn't arrive until the 30th of December.
To worsen the situation, there was no tracking information and when the courier brought it, it was delivered outside of the building not even at the front door as signed by the courier.

Bought a fish tank supposedly next day delivery I bought it on the 19/12/25 it’s still not here, 26/12/25. £600 order not happy. Will definitely be taking further. I will surely re-write this if my product arrives before 31/12/2025, if not I’ll be applying for a refund as I won’t be home to accept the delivery
