Ordered jackets for a wedding Dec. 9th - I have received NOTHING or any email back regarding an issue!!! The phone number is no longer in service and the WhatsApp number is no longer on Whatapp!! DEFINITELY NOW A SCAM!!! PISSED!!!

Never received item. The items were ordered November 10th. Customer service support team never responded when contacted. Worst service. The company appears to be a scam.
Run. Hide from this unprofessional company.

This company doesn't provide accurate information regarding the product you ordered. I received the package well over 30 days, after Christmas, so I want to return the item. I have been promised a prepaid return label, so far, nothing. They only mentioned 1 item, when I bought 3. We will see what happens next but don't trust this company at all!!!

Took my money and never received product. This company is a scam, report and shut them down.

I placed an order on December 2nd 2025. My order is still not fulfilled o emailed to cancel my order numerous times but no response and the number isnt working. This place is a scam!! 0 stars of i could.

I only chose one star because I couldn't do zero. This company lies about shipping time, shipping from U.S. Then when you ask about the order 3 weeks later because you don't have tracking info yet. Then told it's coming from CHINA and in quality check?!?!? So not shipped within U.S. and NOT arriving before Christmas as the order confirmation said. No communication about the hold up. When I asked they said when it's out of stock in thier U.S. warehouse it comes from other countries. Yet again, no communication about this until U asked 3weeks later!! My guess is that it wasn't ever coming from the U.S. Horrible! I now won't have the product before Christmas. Super pissed off!

They were very unprofessional I still haven’t got my package and mind you I PAID for shipping, nobody answers the phone or emails and they don’t provide any shipping information I needed my package by today and I still have zero clue where it’s at this is a scam i don’t recommend it at ALL.

I was very skeptical about this platform however my packages have always arrived and is exactly like I expected.

I got a dish rack. When I received it it was missing a few pieces. I contacted the site and it was a good experience dealing with the host. After all is said and done. He is sending me a whole new rack.

I have purchased from Moorescarts.com more then a couple of times and if I ever have an issue with my order they are very fast about fixing my issue and the items always arrive earlier then scheduled. I love shopping with Moorescarts.com!!!!

I was skeptical at first about shopping with Moorescarts because it was the first time I heard about the company. However, the package arrived within the promised delivery window and it's exactly what I ordered.

I received my items timely plus the quality was great. I bought a 10 inch bundle and I loved it.

Took a month to receive my products. When I did the product packaging was destroyed, ripped and not able to be utilized.

Product descriptions on the website were inaccurate. Ordered a rechargeable waterless oil diffuser and received the complete opposite.

Don’t order from these folks it’s all shipping from china and not where they say it is. Buyer beware.

My experience with Moorescarts was good I received my package on a timely and in a short time than what I would expected. The products here are very much affordable.
