Excellent service and quality products
I ordered 2 pieces - after consultation with staff who were respectful and went above and beyond to accommodate my queries. Excellent communication and immediate responses led to high quality interaction that mirrors the quality of their work and beautiful jewellery. I have a secret ashes chamber necklace and ring - both are stunning and have received compliments from anyone who has seen them - even those who do not know or understand their sentimental value to me.

The silver torque bracelet is simply beautiful, deliciously solid and in your face, yet classic, classy and one of a kind. What it needs is a similarly heavy and abundant torque necklace to accompany it. No other jewellery is required!

Took great care
Good communication from M&F, especially as my late husband's last written words were not particularly easy to interpret. They did a wonderful job. I love the bracelet & will most likely add another personalised bead.

Great product, disappointing service
Pre-purchase experience was great, nice website, easy to order and add personalisation etc. Engraved ring looks really well too. My issue was that the silver chain did not arrive, and it was a 21st birthday present, so only opened on the day to discover it was missing. No one responded to my email, chatbot on the website didn't help, and when it said it was redirecting to a person, no one helped. I found a phone number and eventually got sorted, it was sent next day delivery that day, however even the person on the phone didn't really acknowledge the mistake, no real apology. Anyway, hopefully this was a one off, other than that everything was good, just soured the experience.

The missing chain shouldn't have happened, and not getting a proper response when you reached out only made things worse. I want to apologise properly for both. I'm glad we eventually got it sorted on next day delivery, but I can absolutely see why it soured what should have been a special moment. We're taking a proper look at where the email and chatbot let you down so it doesn't catch anyone else out. Thank you for still giving us a fair review despite all that.

We had a fabulous bracelet made by this company for my husbands 60th. It was made in plenty of time. Hes not seen it yet, but i know he will be thrilled, it is just perfect, made well and looks just like the images shown on their page. Great quality and excellent service.

What a brilliant company with…
What a brilliant company with outstanding customer service,purchased a leather bracelet for my husband which was beautiful but unfortunately too large for him,as I bought it in early preparation for his birthday by the time his birthday came round the return deadline has passed, I contacted Morgan and French and the still very kindly said they’d accept it back for a resize .All I had to pay was postage to send it back,I returned it and received it back within 3 days!!! I can’t fault this company for both their service and product …Thank you Morgan and French ,I’m one very happy customer and you are fab .
