After extensive online searching they were the best price for my chosen carpet. However it is their excellent Customer Service that really stood out for me. I cannot fault the service received during the process - from sending out the initial samples to resolving minor issues after delivery and everything in-between. I will be using them for all future carpet purchases.

Even though I was away at the time of delivery, Mel ensured everything went smoothly with the arrangements. She was incredibly kind and provided clear instructions, making the entire process stress-free. I also found her to be very helpful and pleasant to speak with on the phone.

And the carpet itself? Absolutely fantastic! The scheduled delivery was right on time and exactly as planned. Everything about this experience has been wonderful and has created a very positive memory for me.

Purchased my order for a very good quality carpet online, have had this carpet at my prevous house,cheaper than anywhere else, within 10 minutes of placing my order online I received a call from the sales team to advise of a delay in my choice of colour,they were very helpful with informing me of stock dates and alternative colour choices,I decided to choose a different colour and the carpet was delivered within a matter of days, the service and standards were very good, delivered on the day specified and exactly as I expected, will certainly be ordering from this company again.

Ordered two rolls on Cormar. Delivered exactly as expected. Order placed on the Wednesday, delivered the following Monday.

I did call to check on delivery timelines, advised Cormar had a very quick turnaround.

As a floor layer myself there are only certain products I can buy myself
