I can’t recommend Adam Tosh highly enough. From start to finish, he made the whole mortgage process completely hassle-free and easy to understand.
When we first started, my interest rate was quite high, but Adam worked tirelessly behind the scenes and managed to chase it right down over time, which made a huge difference. He kept me regularly updated throughout, so I always knew exactly where things stood.

Made buying a home feel easy!
We had a fantastic experience with Caryl and couldn't recommend her highly enough.
As we were buying the house we had been renting and are in our 40s, we knew our mortgage options would be more limited. From the very beginning, she took the time to listen to our circumstances and what we needed, then searched for the best mortgage available for us.
She handled all the hard work, from completing the application to submitting it and liaising with the mortgage lender throughout the process.
Caryl set up a WhatsApp group with us and this made communication so much easier. We could ask questions or get support whenever we needed it, and she was always incredibly quick to respond, which gave us real peace of mind.
Even after our mortgage was approved, during the wait to completion on the house Caryl continued to check the interest rates on the mortgage and then secured rates for us when they lowered, resulting in us now paying a lower monthly repayment than our initial approved mortgage offer. Caryl continued to support us by liaising with our solicitors to help keep everything moving smoothly.
The whole process was far less stressful thanks to her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. We genuinely felt supported every step of the way, and we're so grateful for everything she did to help us buy our first home together. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caryl to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
