Absolutely DISCUSTING buisness! I bought a van from them and have nothing but problems! First of all they sold me one with a dodgy turbo so had to go back to them after a month of messing about! They didn’t even give me another van to use so I was out of work for a month! The van after 3 months the van has gone into limp mode because of DPF problems so it clearly has more than the original 60k on the clock! They are now choosing to ignore me as the can is still under warranty! They are a bunch of scam artists selling dodgy vans to people. DO NOT buy a fan from these people! Disgrace of a buisness!

Amazing service so happy with my vehicle

DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY. My husband bought a van in April and to this day we don't have a van. The company doesn't say why we don't have the van yet. Last week my husband asked for the money back and we have heard absolutely nothing in return, he has called numerous times, and nothing. We will have to go to court to get our money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a Van from them, and was given 6 months warranty, 4 months in to owning the van, and only 5000 miles, the cam belt snapped while I’m driving, not super worried as I was still within my warranty, knowing these things happen well, god should I have been, after waiting almost a week to get any sort of response from their “customer service team” they have come back to me with “the 6 months warranty was a gesture of good will” and that it doesn’t actually give me any cover!!!

Typical dodgy sales men trying to BS their way into a sale, now I’m left out of work for two weeks and a 6k bill, in which they are not willing to help or support financially in anyway, although they did off to give me a discount if I used their garage

Terrible service, terrible vans, true cowboys

The worst company I have dealt with . We purchased a van a year ago now and the van had manufacturer warranty . We asked for 6 month warranty when the van was purchased to give us extra cover . We have now been told that the warranty that was given was activated at the purchase of the van . Why would you run 2 warranties at the same time ?? . Now we have been told that we have no warranty . Ridiculous . Just a way of getting out of paying warranty . Untrustworthy. Poor customer service . Be very careful when you purchase a vehicle from those company .

Abraham was a great sales person, Van was clean and customer service was 10/10, thank you for your patience and kindness.

The service was absolutely brilliant. Abraham ensured that we were comfortable and happy with what was provided to us and we got that extra help from Tablo to make our final decision. I will recommend not only just for the great prices but because of the excellent service.

Just purchased a 2018 Renault trafic from this company. Staff were friendly and helpful. I looked over the van and being seconds hand I knew it would have age related defects. It had small crack in windscreen, scraps on wing mirror covers and few marks here and there which was expected. I purchased the van knowing this. Had the van delivered to me on Friday and I was amazing at how good the condition was. It had a new windscreen, new mirror covered, new tyres and discs and pads. It had also be cleaned up really well. The van turned up in better condition than I was expecting it to be.
Looks like a new van.

I recently bought a Ford Transit Custom van from Motor2go and am very happy with the vehicle.There was a minor issue with regards to the spare wheel mounting bracket which they have agreed to have repaired at their cost.
I was dealing with Amir and he provided excellent service.
I am very happy with the condition of the van and the pics of the van prior to purchasing were accurate & informative.
I would recommend Motor2go to friends & family in the future if needing a replacement vehicle

Do not trust this company constant lies and deception. I brought a van 3 weeks from a sales man named Abraham, that promised resolution but never delivered to fix the issues. All vans seem to have problems that will not be resolved by motor 2 go. Stay clear.

Very friendly service from Amir and Gurpreet. Excellent van serviced and Mot'd. Great selection of vans to chose from. Would recommend!

Motor 2 go in Uxbridge, dodgy company with very poor customer service, staff useless, awful, please avoid the company to deal with.
Person who i spoke over the phone lied in terms of deposit, it was told that if i dont like the car deposit will be refunded as is only to secure the car for a test drive. I went to see and test drive the car on Saturday 05.08.23, sat nav sent me to road named Blacksmith lane by white house which i seen on their website but unfortunately no dealership there, after call made to the dealership a person who i spoke said that the right address will be sent in the minute.Nothing was sent I was waiting 25 minute and decide to go back to Coventry.
When I contacted them in next day they apologized me saying that they could not find contact details to contact me- falsehood, when they contacted me about deposit at that time it wasn't problem to contact. They have no respect to customers after deposit taken, communication service is rubbish.
I went to days later , finally find the place and test drive completed.
test drive was OK but one alloy was damaged and cuts in tyres fixed terrible.
Even I decided don't buy the car i had a feeling that i have to buy the car they were pushing all the time since first contact them.
Because I decided that i dont want the car due damaged alloy cuts in tyres , poor customer and communication service , Abraham told that deposit is nonrefundable.Looks like doesnt matter whether you like the car no , you have to buy the car or you lost deposit.
Where are customers rights to let me decide myself if want,like the car , I can trust this dealership,they deserve to make deal with them. When somebody from this place was contacting me about deposit, he said that deposit is refundable if I dont like the car.
Sound like this is their trick so guys please be aware about their technique !!!!
After my feedback the replied manager said that I have signed deposit declaration and I was aware about their term- another non truth I have relied on the email on 14.08.2023 to show me this form, no contact from them.
I did not sign any form and wasnt informed about their dodgy rules.

Please Avoid this company as they chasing money not customer service and satisfaction. We were dealing with very friendly and really nice salesman who did care about us and deal and we agreed for the price then we paid in deposit to secure car , we did receive invoice and deposit confirmation as the salesman was very good as he was providing great service. The day where we were going (this day our salesman was off)to book tickets they phone us telling that someone turned up paying more money (closer to asking price) so they ask us to pay more then we agreed to have this car so mannger decided to go with money instead of reputation of their "word" what shows excel how this company goes whit clients and that's probably one of the reasons why they have low rating in feedback as MONEY OVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is more important for them. They refund deposit with extra 50 pounds for wasting our time but as i mentioned it's not about money it's about beeing fair and if you made a deal where you pay deposit you should keep what you saying that's how most businesses build reputation and best service. Again thank you for salespersons time as he was great till his manager decided to let us down as chasing money was more important. Avoid this place and if you looking for any advice it's always good to send feedbacks to Ombudsman Service. “A Fish Rots From the Head Down”
