It was a great experience
It was a great experience, Thomas was exceptionally friendly and super helpful. I had a test drive around 9:45 AM, completed an EFT deposit, filled in some paperwork and left the showroom around 10:10 AM. Thomas completed ALL the outstanding paperwork/documents and contacted me later to say the vehicle was ready for pick up @ 2:00 PM. I completed the payment, signed a few more documents and I was out by 2:20 PM. This is exceptional service and WELL DONE to ALL @ Motorama Hillcrest - Many Thanks - Roy

Service Debacle
I bought a car last year and wanted the automatic locking turned off. We could get it serviced locally, but it needed the dealer to turn of the locking. I verified verbally that they could do it and booked it in. I got an email confirmation that they would do it with the next service. Before the service I confirmed and they said they put extra time aside to remove the automatic locking. I confirmed again when I dropped of the car. My wife and I between us lost 4 hours of wages doing a car shuffle to get the automatic locking turned of. When we picked up the car they HAD NOT DONE THE WORK! However they did charge for the full quote that had included the work.
Update 17 Sep 2022. No replies for a week from my latest Emails and phone calls to try to rectify the situation. Motorama where are you!
Update 5 Oct 2022. Service manager has been in touch a week ago, but nothing has been resolved, nor have I heard back since then.

I recently purchased a car and the process was fast and easy. They helped me get the car i want. The only thing i will suggest that you that what ever you close with them verbally must be in writing also.

On Friday
On Friday, 10 September I was told to bring my car in on Wednesday the 15 September at 10:15am as they needed a mechanic to inspect whether the car required a rear main seal change, prior to them booking in the vehicle and undertaking the major repair. I was told as soon as I bring in the vehicle, they will inspect and I would be gone in half an hour. I attended on site today at the scheduled time only to be told that this inspection would only be conducted in a few hours time. I had left work to attend to this. A complete waste of time! There were so many unhappy customers on the premises at the time. Is this the usual level of service. Dealer has my contact details.

One star only because it was necessary to move forward on this site. Purchased a demo vehicle in May 2019. As it was a demo it’s first service was carried out before the due time. However the computer settings were not reset. Lack of attention to detail. This was rectified at HSV in Townsville. We are currently having problems with the paint protection on the vehicle but unfortunately Motorama Springwood are very disinterested in helping us with this problem which, I might add, is still under warranty. I would not ever recommend this Company to anyone nor would I ever purchase another vehicle from them.

4/12/19. I have a 2003 pajero and I needed to know the location of the front AC relay and was told they could not show me and if a technician was required they would need to charge me (ka-ching!). I am so disappointed at the lack of care demonstrated as I have bought 2 new pajeros over the years and this is a slap in the face.... Beware all future Mitsubishi car buyers !!!!

Motorama browns plains was very disappointing I took my car there in march and I had been going there since I bought the car the last service they had my car the whole day and Didn't touch it till 2pm and returned it to me at 5 pm and charged me $409 for labour its absolutely disgusting who gets paid $400 for 3 hours work telling me my car isn't under warranty when its only 2 years old and scratching paint off my car down to the metal the size of a 50c piece they are over price and terrible service recently I have now after Atleast 5 services moved to another company I have to say the customer value they garuntee is certainly not there

Only dealer we will go through to purchase or service our car. Traded a Pajero in a SV6 commodore. Trade a was fair and service from Julian was superb. No pressure from Julian. Very friendly without being over the top. Having dealt with other dealers talk about a breath of fresh air!!! When we picked up the Commodore he spent a long time with us going through the navigation system etc. Service from Julian cannot be faulted. We will be buying a car for our daughter shortly and will go to Julian first. Because of Julian we will only have vehicles serviced at Motorama.
What a shame
What a shame ! It took almost 2 months for my car to get warranty fixed regarding airbag issue. I thank God nothing happened to my family during this period. My wife visited Motorama Browns Plains after realizing airbag warning light on 14/12/2018. Service Part Staff(my wife could not remember his name) said they will order parts and will let my wife know when parts arrive....My wife used to call to Motorama Browns Plains if the parts arrived as my wife had not got any call from Motorama Browns Plains for a long time. One staff answered 'parts not arrived yet and they will let my wife know that when part arrive'.....but no call at all for a long time again. And then my wife and my wife's company friend call to Motorama Browns Plains to check what was going on. But the same answer again....again......and then Oneday one staff answered no parts ordered at all for my car....they will order parts after one related staff coming back to work from Holiday....... -..-
Finally I got d-day they booked my car....but cancelled soon as no the parts arrived (but I could understand this one). And then they booked my car again, that is today 08/02/2019. Before going to Motorama Browns Plains, I asked how long it will take......answered...1 Hour..... I said I can wait.......But I had to hear from Motorama Browns Plains that "2 staffs away so it will take more time. So I/Motorama staff will drop you to your place and pick you up after fixing..." I asked how long it will take...? The staff answered 1 to 5 (hours)....f*uck say..(I had an appointment in the afternoon...but I cancelled during waiting)...Another thing is 'my car was out of warranty on Motorama Browns Plains Paper. But I sent my evidence my car was on warranty, that was a photo Motorama Sales Consultant, my wife and myself were taken with the car on the day I took over the car with details of photo such as date, time...etc of the taken photo. I am not happy at all with all happening about my car as I felt my wife and I were treated badly. How can I recommend Motorama to my suns, friends, relatives.......

Extremely poor service Motorama Ford Moorooka
12 months ago I posted a great review on how professional the Ford Sales team are at Motorama Moorooka. Following on from purchasing the vehicle I have had three dealings with Service Department. Each one unpleasant with two requiring me to write to service manager to get Motorama to just service the vehicle. Have attempted to have a warranty issue addressed and Motorama's reply was to wait for an error code. Went to Southside Ford service and had the problem immediately rectified and replaced. Poor customer service with arrogant approach to customers. Happy to drive past Motorama to have Southside look after vehicle now. Such a pity Sales team put in all the customer focus to have service destroy the relationship.
