Amazing service and support!

Robbie was extremely helpful and a real professional. He investigated wrong global database records about my car and had them fixed!

Overall the site is great. It's 100% worth checking your future or current car here. Trust me, the amount of problematic or damaged/clocked cars in Ireland is enormous.

Without motorcheck I would buy a lemon basically, lads very bad cars out please check twice before buying whichever it is private or garage sell! Also I've Excellent communication and help from this very quick response too! Recommend 100% cheers

I needed some clarification on an item that was flagged in the report and Roman replied back to me very promptly with all the information I needed, great service in comparison to other car history sites as the information is a lot more detailed

I would definitely give zero if I could. I entered my reg number to check the cars history and it was showing the correct car with the reg number and once I paid for the report it gave me a random different cars entire history. Not only was it unsafe for that person but I paid for absolutely nothing!

I noticed many negative reviews relate to mileage issues, but this is not a MotorCheck error - they rely on the information provided to the INMR database by 3rd parties. The fact that they were able to verify and correct the details so quickly shows great customer service. 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

MotorCheck were extremely prompt in issuing the report on the vehicle that I am selling. It is an excellent service providing detailed information since the manufacture of the vehicle - information that I would not even think of asking if I were buying a vehicle. The information is very reassuirng for me as a seller and for a potential buyer. It is well worth the money.

My car's odometer readings were uploaded incorrectly to their database and they don't appear to have any system to verify readings. I had a prospective buyer who bought their report which had inconcievable readings and clearly put them off the car for suspicious readings. When the buyer asked them about the readings, they suggested that the buyer check them out. As a purchaser of a report, one would think that the onus would be on the supplier of that report to double check the readings. Beware that the report you are paying for cannot be relied upon in regard to those readings.

worth noting history check is not completely valid. issues raised were incorrect.

Incorrect data on mileage provided after paying for a report. When I questioned it, Motorcheck then “fixed” the data which showed major discrepancies. Now being told they cant explain the issues. Fobbed me off as if nothing happened but this has a lasting effect on the seller’s reputation. Not that Motorcheck seems to care!

Quit and easy to use it

The extensive detail contained in the report. It is well worth the money. I would highly recommend using this if your buying a second hand vehicle, especially if an import from the UK. You can see how many owners it had, of the odometer checks out, even down to what the reg was on the UK. If it was a used as a taxi or hackney and so many other details, I could go on and on.
