Hi. Motorcheck is brilliant. I want to buy a jeep and motorcheck flagged that there was an outstanding hp finance issue. It got cleared but I needed confirmation. They went out of there way to get it checked for me early on Monday morning the minute the banks opened, after immediate replies over the weekend. I would have lost out on the car without them. Great service. If I could give more than ten out of ten I would.
I had a 4 hour journey to meet the jeep seller and motorcheck have made my day. Wish more were like them.

I spent a year looking for a mint low mileage Celica, found one and got a motorcheck report which said it had been an insurance write-off but provided no details of why but did give date. Date was within current owners ownership, but owner swore that it had never had any accident. Long story short, Motorcheck was wrong, but in the week it took them to admit mistake and correct it I'd lost the car to another buyer.. and maybe I'll never find another mint low mileage Celica.. very sad, Motorcheck blame insurance companies for giving incorrect data, all I know is i paid for a incorrect report and lost the car as a result.

Great service and support! Worth every penny. I found out that the car I was about to buy had been written-off 2 years ago. Company advertises the reports as FREE, will make you pay after you already enter the license plate.

I would not trust this company with anything, check their website and you'll see publicly multiple negative reviews disguised as 5 stars just so they don't get censored.

Was spending 8000 euro on a car done a check and nearly had a heart attack from previous crash damage to a colour change and on DoneDeal as a perfect example emailed them to make sure it wasn’t a mixup and ally replied straight away no robots like most sights got me pics of the car previous and told me to stay away can’t thank them enough I nearly got done out of 8000 euro and for the price of like 30 euro it saved me

What I love about MotorCheck is that you are dealing with a team of real people. If you've a query, you pop them a message and they respond. They're happy to do more digging on any vehicle you're about to purchase, over and above what's in the reports. Pricing is competitive (I find all these services overpriced - I'd probably rather pay €100 to become a member and then like €5 per report... I get the need to charge a lot per report as this isn't a business model where customers return regularly, but a small handful are constantly looking at cars so a different pricing structure would be better).

I am in the process of selling my car.
One potential purchaser ran a Motorcheck report which showed a “Condition” alert, and this obviously was affecting the valuation.
I rang and spoke to Todd who was courteous and very helpful. He couldn’t solve the problem over the phone, and asked that I provide further information.
Within minutes of my doing so, he emailed me to say that the alert had been removed.
Courteous, prompt and efficient customer service.
