Stevan goes above and beyond and went as far as giving me a Credit back after I made a mistake on the website by clicking on the wrong car

BECAREFULL when you dealing with them!!! THEIR REPORTs ARE USELESS !! FAKE!!!!! Their information was matched to the car!!! AVOID LIKE DISSEASE!!!!!

The same happened to me as it did to Ms. Purcell, see the previous review. Steven arranged a "manual" check of my car's mileage and bought me relief when previous Northern Ireland MoTs were revealed and bought me the peace of mind that the milage was genuine.

I have used MotorCheck for the first time this week as I had an issue with milage on a used car I just bought that was under warranty. I requested a history report but was still concerned with the readings due to some MOT reports not listed in the history. Steven from MotorCheck manually got me the missing data and put my mind at rest. Biggest mistake I made was not checking with them before I bought the car but at least i know now that the milage is authentic and I can relax. I can’t thank them enough for all their help. I have been using motorcheck good few years now, I have done lots of reports and they have been 100% all the time. These reports saved quite few euro as some of the cars I checked had their mileage clocked, some were involved in accidents. Can't recomend them enough!! Stevan is the Top guy! Very helpful, solved anything I threw at him. He even gave me a good discount when I was stuck for money. Motorcheck- my choice! Motorcheck the best!

Excellent service, cannot recommend enough, gives more history about the vehicle than I thought was possible. Well worth the money as you know all the history of the vehicle before handing over your hard earned cash. I was buying a vehicle that was advertised 124,000km but after checking I found out it was actually miles even tough speed clock was operating in km. Don’t trust every sincere sounding car salesmen. Get the vehicle checked.

I found the service very helpful, Steven got back to me immediately when I got an error code instead of the report. I not alone got the report but the financial report was very detailed showing finance still owing on the vehicle. I will definitely use the service again.

I was unable to find out any relevant car history or accident information on a used car I was buying because it was only very recently imported to Ireland from Japan and had not been previously driven in Ireland or the UK. After a bit of trouble, a helpful customer service representative rectified the issue and refunded my money. I would only recommend this service if your car has had previous owners in Ireland/the UK.

Promised UK and Ireland check got neither no millage checks waste of money
