After no luck selling privately on autotrader, I went with this company. It was a quick and straightforward process. Izzy came to collect the car and was very professional and friendly. I was offered less on the day than I had been initially which was annoying but expected, I didn’t accept the new offer and was transferred the original price within a few minutes. Would recommend and use again.

Had Sunny and Bee at Onyx come out to collect the car. They were both really friendly and talked through the process. Had some trouble with documentation but both were extremely helpful and tried to assist where they could - great guys and went out their way to provide a good customer service.

Very easy process and extremely professional. A little slow takes a few days to a week from start to finish. Received the best offer out af all the avenues I explored although not quite what I wanted but close . I would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Offered a price for my car, which i accepted, emailed to find out what's next stage no reply, phoned throughout the day Sunday no reply, then gor email say My MG Hs 22plate, has declined, so I phoned in, spoke to someone in the department that buys cars, he said to me got to many red cars on the floor cort, was taken back by that, so spoke to a salesman, who said he would get them to email with the real reason, why they pulled out, still waiting for email, so asked the salesman to get the manager off that department to email me, still waiting, this from a big garage his unprofessional, and not acceptable,

I found MotorMoolah on the internet, I filled out the request form and within 20 minutes Jade at MotorMoolah had contacted me through WhatsApp and very patiently and clearly talked me through the process. I accepted the price and sent a few photos that she requested. Once the details had been checked I was contacted by the company to arrange a day to pick up the car. Two great guys arrived on the day checked the car over and took it for a test drive. Once that process was completed ( which took about an hour) the deal was done.
I cant thank Jade enough she made this process very easy even for someone who had never done anything like this before.
I would definitely recommend MotorMoolah to anyone that needed to sell their car.

I was surprised they only gave me £8150 when they said £8700 was agreed I took loads of photos but they took more today and said it was worse then they thought I still did deal but people must be aware this can happen I didn’t know it could
However sonny the guy who picked the car up was very good

From start to finish Jade made the process easy and straightforward. She also offered the best price from a number of similar sites I advertised my car on. The handover was on time straight forward, with no haggling of the price offered. Money was in my bank in minutes. Would definitely highly recommend them to anyone selling their car and not willing to accept the trade in value at the garage. I got almost £4k more

I have used "We buy any car" and "Motorway in the past" and my experience with "MotorMoolah" was vastly superior to both. It was a very fast process and there was no haggling from the guys who came to collect the car. I was honest with Imogen about the (small) faults and we agreed on a good price that the company stuck to without quibble. Instant payment before they drove it away.

Easy experience, price offered online was honoured with no issues.

Motormoolah provided an easy and streamlined experience of selling my car. Sunny, who collected the car made this experience even better, was extremely personable and made me feel at ease. He provided clear instructions on how the process worked. Although the valuation did come down due to some work that needed to be done, Sunny remained open and transparent throughout and helped us get a better price, though we still took a loss. I have given this 4 stars instead of 5 as we would have liked to have sold the car for more, but the experience of dealing with motormoolah, and the convenience of it all, helped deal with the loss. I dealt with Imogen to sell my BMW, the process was quick and communication throughout was very good. I achieved a higher price than the franchise dealership offered me and would use MM again. Imogen was brilliant, very responsive with messages and quick to answer any questions. The chaps that collected the car were also excellent and all my dealings with the company were 1st class. Money paid immediately to my bank account and whilst sad to see the car go, a new one arrives tomorrow!
