Did not complete and poor job!!
Colin was half an hour late to the appointment. I had to reach out to confirm. When he arrived, he promptly got to work. We chatted for a long time and the job lasted over 5hrs. Nothing wrong with chatting, but it wasn’t until the end, when Colin told me he had forgot the faceplate and asked for payment with a reassurance that he would be back “it won’t take long to put the faceplate on.” That the issues arrived. He would not give me a time and when I didn’t hear back from him in 2 weeks I reached out via WhatsApp to get no response. I called and spoke to him on the phone to which he said he “didn’t find it financially viable” to come back to my area as he had no jobs around here. I was told as soon as he was able he would be back. He offered me the choice of him sending the faceplate and after a week of no updates I requested it be sent. I have not heard back. I paid in full for a job that was subpar. He cut the power cables to my tv and soundbar and connected it to ONE power supply. I have had to retroactively fix this poor job and service. Maybe if I had been a white man this wouldn’t have happened. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
