This company was very good to deal with, product was reasonably priced and dispatched within two days to my home address.

Fantastic guys to deal with, bought an outboard engine from them online, called for a stock check befoe ordering as I was thinking of dropping in to collect. Was told they insist on testing before shipping to the customer, no complaints about that. Engine was delivered within 48 hours of ordering complete with fuel tank and line. they called to inform me it was ready to ship and would dispatch the following day, they ewre also checking that that suited me. Delivery window was given and they delivered when they said they woult too. COmmunication throughout was excellent, these guys are very professional and very easy to deal with! Highly recommended thit shop!

Absolutely great company to deal with. Very competitive prices on Ride On Lawnmowers, delivery is hassle free with the features of the machine fully explained before the driver left. Would highly recommend, great service all round.

Top class customer service. Bought a Senci open frame generator from the team at mower.ie and was really impressed with the service. What sets them apart is the white glove delivery service. The generator was delivered directly by the lads and it rolled out of the van ready to go with fuel and oil. Even got a quick demo on how to start it which was much appreciated.

Recently bought a hedge trimmers from this company excellent price, good communication from the retailer prompt service and fast delivery. I even asked them for a printed invoice and they sent it in the box so would highly recommend this company I have bought from them in the past and I will continue buying from them in the future thank you very much for your good service.

Cuando les dije que me enviaran una nueva y en perfecto estado o me devolvieran el dinero, no contestaron. Pasaron de mi por completo. Servicio de atención al cliente nefasto, nulo. Ante los emails de reclamación silencio absoluto. El perfecto ejemplo de lo que no debe ser una web de ventas online.

Terrible company - paid for mower online and they didn’t contact me. When I contacted them they said it wasn’t in stock. Don’t answer phones don’t operate proper business hours to issue refund.
There were no missed calls from this company on my phone. Poor attempt at contact, email could have been issued straight away since this is an online order. Rang at 9:06am and was told they couldn’t issue my refund as they were busy opening up and they would call back which they didnt. I rang again at 9:36am. So I think it’s incredibly fair to say this company has an issue with communication

Edit: there’s no missed calls from them at all, so given that the calls didn’t go through on my phone an email should have been issued. This is a standard point of contact for an online sale.

I was very impressed in my dealings with your company. Mower was delivered ahead of time and detailed instructions and a demonstration were great. On my experience so far I would have no hesitation recommending you to potential clients.

Recently bought a ride on lawnmower from ISE.Bought it online thursday night,had it in my drive monday morning oiled up and fueled up ready to go.Delivery guy gave me full instructions how to use it and thanked me for my business and said if I had any issues to call them for any help needed.Great service.Highly recommended.

I ordered a Wolf Garden Telescopic Lopper. I got a phone call from the company to say that the unit I ordered was out of stock and I was offered a free upgrade to the next model. It was delivered on time at no extra cost. Great service from Mower.ie and much appreciated.
