I spent almost €600 on a sprayer that never worked. I have emailed 3 times without a reply. I’ve called numerous times and they rarely answer the phone. When they do answer, I was promised a call back which I never received. I was told that someone would call to repair the faulty spray but this never happened.
Do not buy anything from this company, they have no after sales service.

Seems like it's a supplier issue more than the company .

Ordered an Apache walk behind tractor with rotavator, sickle bar and snow blade.
Very quick delivery with three of the four items ....6 months later I'm still waiting on an item other have in stock online.
Main issue is severe lack of communication I've rang 3 or 4 times and the answer is we'll check on that and get back to you.

I ordered a Stihl lawnmower, it was delivered to my door set up with oil and petrol . Absolutely brilliant service ! Gary was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be buying from this company again . Highly recommend them .

Issues with the item I bought were resolved (albeit a bit late) but with an outcome that was more than satisfactory. It's good to see a company care about customer service and make an extra effort to resolve issues when something has gone wrong.

Easy to navigate website, very responsive to email inquiry, shipment arrived a few days later.

Very pleased with the service, ordered it on Friday got it Monday. Great service would definitely recommend such a professional service

Found them listed as licensed Honda resellers, ordered a generator from their website.

Sure it was delivered promptly - but in a Stihl box, no protective packaging, no original box, the shipping carton was soaked in leaked petrol from the unit (so the generator must have been used before, too).

Passing used unit off as new and charging full retail price. Pretty awful all around, still waiting to hear back from them. Must be a joke.

Lads in Shop in Kilkenny are brilliant but the lads in there warehouse has let them down in a massive way. I ordered last Saturday it was long weekend and they apparently had computer problems one day. The warehouse lads only brought my shipment to post office last night and I will be lucky if I get it on Monday. Poor delivery but lads in d shop excellent.

Bought three items, two delivered within 48 hours but one was out of stock. I wasn't informed of this but once I called it was fixed in 10 minutes and the unit with me the following morning. Mistakes happen but how they are fixed is often the best measure of a company, will definitely purchase here again.

Probably the best money I've ever spent, lawn looks fantastic and no work involved.

Good quality product delivery was on time and the delivery man was very helpful and polite. Would recommend this company.
