First purchase from Moy Furniture and will be purchasing from them again in the future. They couldn’t be beaten on price and had a great variety of products to choose from.

Recently purchased a sofa and new dining chairs from the team at Moy furniture, Marty and Rebecca could not have been more helpful from discussing sizing, styles and available options. They communicated well with estimated delivery timeframes and kept us informed if any changes occurred. Our sofa arrived a week later than expected but we were kept informed of this. Overall great experience thus far, and likely will purchase again in future.

I rang in the morning about mobility beds and did they have any. I was on the phone to Eileen and explained what she had.
We went down on that day to meet Eileen regards bed.
Eileen was brilliant very knowledgeable and helpful I didn’t expect to buy but it turned out to be perfect. So thank you for all your help.

Excellent service from Stephen at MFC especially advice on colours to match our home

From we arrived at moy furniture centre we were so well looked after, I explained I was on a tight time frame to get furniture and I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection we had to choose from - great selection of colours and textures - highly recommend- delivery was great we had nothing to do even the cushions were fluffed 😀😀

Stay clear. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Poor Quality furniture. Nothing but problems. I couldn't be bothered going back to them again.
Save yourself a whole lot of headaches.

On my visit to the shop in Moy, I was greeted by Marty, one of the sales team. I was enquiring about swivel chairs and TV units. The showroom has a massive variety of both traditional and contemporary furniture. Marty was extremely helpful and in no way pushy with sales. I had plenty of time to look around, ask prices, and gather information on the products.

I purchased a beautiful TV unit and will certainly go back to look at the chairs. I placed my order on Monday and it was delivered free of charge on Tuesday. Excellent service and a great shopping experience. I will definitely shop here again. Thanks, Marty.

Can’t say a bad thing about our experience with Moy Furniture. They gave us a great deal on our dining table and kept it at their warehouse whilst our dining chairs were on the way. They delivered it all together, very quickly and assembled it for us. Everyone I dealt with at Moy furniture has been extremely pleasant and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough.

Lovely staff and quality items. Delivery was well communicated and fast. Delivery men phoned half an hr away so no waiting in and delivered to room of choice and unboxed. Great service with a follow up phone call to check I was happy with everything.

I recently ordered a long bowl from MOY Furniture and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The service was truly second to none.
From the moment I placed the order, I received regular email updates at every stage, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The delivery itself was excellent, and the product arrived in perfect condition—clearly very high quality.
What really stood out was the level of care after delivery. A week later, they even gave me a courtesy call to check that I was happy with my purchase, which is something you don’t often see.
Overall, their customer service is outstanding (big thanks Stephen for doing a great job).It’s clear that Moy Furniture genuinely values its customers and takes pride in delivering a great experience. The shop sell lovely pieces of high end home accessories and they also do Klarna option online which makes easier to buy if you prefer to split the cost. I would absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Delighted with the service from Moy Park and love my new table and chairs. They were so accommodating with supplying additional chairs until my order was in stock (which were also a high quality beautiful chairs) Delivery service was brilliant, I was updated when the delivery was and called before hand which was great. Honestly can't recommend mou furniture enough.

Moy Furniture were fantastic from first contact. Stephen was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions about the bed we were purchasing. Online purchase was straight forward and we received a quick follow up call to let us know when to expect delivery.
