J'ai acheté une licence en décembre 2021 qui a très bien fonctionné sur mon ancien mac. Après avoir changé mon mac, je me rends compte que la clé n'est plus active. Je tente donc de contacter la société et un mail me revient pour m'informer que le message n'a pu être délivré après plusieurs tentatives.

Pour une licence qui est censée durée à vie, je suis vraiment très déçu. Aucun moyen de les contacter, je ne trouve absolument rien pour les contacter.

Je remarque ne pas être seul dans ce cas. A éviter!

J'ai acheté 2 licences MS Office valide "à vie" en Dec 2021 que j'ai pu installer sur 2 ordinateurs. Suite à un crash logiciel, j'ai reessayé de réinstaller MS office sur les mêmes ordinateurs mais leurs clès ne sont plus valides.

J'ai envoyé 3 mails pour avoir des informations (étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de n° de téléphones disponibles, ni de hotline!) et je n'ai eu aucun retour.

Je déconseille donc fortement un achat de licence via leur site...

Le "pas cher" se révèle couter plus comme bien souvent!

Scam. Took money and sent invoice for wrong licence. Ignoring all requests to remediate. Never received any licence by email.

I bought this (Office for Mac 2019) in December 2021 after I had to buy a new Macbook Pro M1 (old one drowned!!)
It all worked beautifully until I updated my MBP to the latest Ventura 13.2 OS. Now I cannot use any of the MS programmes as I get a message telling me to reactivate!
I have tried many times to contact the company (MS Keycentral) but never get a response, so that's £79.99 down the drain. What I'm worried about now is will I be able to access (edit and create) any of the files I used it for if I get a new copy from an honest supplier? Also, I believe MS now demand an annual fee rather than a one-off fee!

J'ai acheté une licence le 18/06/2021 , Microsoft Office 2019.
Depuis ce matin soit le 28/01/2023, je n'ai plus accès à ma licence alors que jusqu'à présent, tout fonctionné. J'ai payé 42.49€ et aujourd'hui je suis bloquée. J'ai contacté le site et je suis dans l'attente d'une réponse.

Le 27/03/2021, j’ai acheté une licence à vie pour le Pack Office Professionnel Plus 2019. Du fait d'un problème technique ce mois de décembre, j'ai dû désinstaller puis réinstaller ce Pack Office Professionnel Plus 2019 sur mon PC. Mais suite à cela, il m'est devenue impossible d'activer les logiciels ; je ne peux plus les utiliser car ma clé de licence " à vie " ne fonctionne plus. Je les ai contactés le 23/12/2022 par messagerie, mais aucune réponse.
Je peux à mon tour témoigner que mykeyshop n'est pas une entreprise sérieuse ; j'ai pu lire que plusieurs personnes ont déjà été dans cette situation qui est la mienne aujourd'hui !

j'ai acheté en 2021 une clé MS office 2016, aujourd'hui je veux la réinstaller sur mon pc bureau et surprise !! la clé est défectueuse ou expiré enfin je sais pas trop j'ai un code erreur de microsoft comme quoi celle si a un problème.... payé 39.99€ jamais eu de soucis jusqu'as maintenant.. impossible de joindre le service client de chez key..et donc pour une clé de licence censé être définitive et bien je me retrouve avec une clé obsolète!

Har også købt licens til Office pakken hos MS Key Shop.
Kunne ikke få aktiveringsnøglen til at virke. Skrev en mail til dem og fik svar retur et link jeg skulle prøve. Virker stadig ikke!!

Har haft fat i Microsoft og de siger at nøglen er ugyldig.Så den samme nøgle kan de fx sælge til flere.
Så køb ikke licenser hos MS Key Shop.

Fup og fidus!!

Jeg har købt licens til office 2019, en der ikke skulle fornyes.
Har genstartet computeren og nu er beskeden at produktnøglen er ugyldig.
Det kan da ikke være rigtigt.
Har skrevet til Jer 3 gange men modtager IKKE noget svar retur fra Jer 🤬
Jeg vil gerne bede om en GYLDIG nøgle så jeg kan bruge det produkt jeg HAR betalt for.

Caution!!Its a fraud.I had bought office 2016 last year and i installed it to my old laptop.It worked fine up to that point that i had to reinstall the souite in my new laptop.Thats failed since keys are valid only for one device(i paid for this) but only FOR ONE TIME!!!.After a chat that i had had with a microsoft agent and a remote trial he confirmed that keys are not valid.I was forced to buy 2021 from an official store finally.IMPORTANT:I proceed to that bad public evaluation since i had sent several emails prompting them to provide me with a valid key with no response at all!!!

Bonjour, il y a 8 mois j'ai acheté deux licences Microsoft 2019 chez Key Shop, une pour mon ordinateur de bureau et l'autre pour mon ordinateur portable. Toutes les 2 fonctionnent parfaitement et sur les factures se trouve un numéro de téléphone pour leur téléphoner

Total con Bought November 2021 and can’t activate. Spoke Microsoft who confirmed this not a valid commodity and no response to several emails sent

J’ai acheté courant décembre un double Microsoft Office Professionnel Plus 2021 et j’ai téléchargé le premier sans problème malheureusement pour le second on me dit que la clé n’est plus valide !
Comment faire vers qui me retourner ?

complete and utter CON !!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont buy this !!! you cant contact the site after a certain amount of time, once the licence expires. I couldn't even activate mine because it sais its registered elsewhere. the link they give you at the beginning to sort this out doesn't work. when you try to contact them, you will get a message saying that they are online but not responding. I responded to the original email four times asking for any kind of help and its been ignored so I have to accept, if its too good to be true, its FAKE, FAKE, FAKE !!!!!!!!!!!

Site à fuir!!!! J'ai acheté une clé pour le pack Microsoft Office à 49.99 euro et elle ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de joindre le service client par téléphone. Et si vous envoyez un mail, celui-ci restera sans réponse. Si vous tombez sur ce site, passez votre chemin.

I purchased from this site a 2019 Office standalone license for 2 PCs, one year ago. All well until one of the 2 PCs got broken recently and I needed to put the license on a new one. The activation key doesn't work anymore and the support doesn't answer any kind of calls. After searching around and learning about Microsoft Office products and activation methods I have discovered that this site is a criminal one, they are selling MSDNR licenses they should not sell. These are working licenses until somebody at Microsoft realizes what is happening. When this happens the licenses are deactivated and the buyer loses the money. Obviously this is why they do not offer any kind of support if not immediately after selling the key, for the installation, when they know that is practically impossible that Microsoft deactivated so quickly. This allows them to keep relatively good reviews and continue gathering one time clients giving them free money. They are allowed to do this by Microsoft because it would be too difficult to prosecute them and also Microsoft gains from their existence because when you have lost your money once you are ready to spend more money for the original product from Microsoft.....I would say the criminals are everywhere.....Let's go for Free Software and get rid of these society parasites of all kinds.

Total scam. No contact details supplied for when you need support. The keys provided are invalid.

I purchased Office 2019 for my home laptop but the product key provided by Licence Key Shop is not valid. I feel like I've been scammed. Microsoft says "If you see this message, this means that your Office product key has been blocked and will no longer work ... Unfortunately, there are many dishonest sellers who offer stolen, abused, or otherwise unauthorized Microsoft product keys for sale."
