J'ai acheté MS Office 2016 en 2021, je me sert surtout d'Excel et ce logiciel est complètement défectueux rien ne se passe comme dans les versions précédentes il y a des bugs un peu partout exemple : "Excel ne répond pas, si on lance une macro toutes les données s'effacent jusqu'à le fin d'exécution de la macro, Excel se bloque et il très difficile et long pour le débloquer, plein de chose bizarre ce passe durant l'exécution du programme ect...". Il est impossible de demander à Key Shop réparation il ne réponde pas bref j'ai acheté de la pourriture

They do not tell you the numbers of activations you have so after buying another laptop, I cannot activate Office in it and Microsoft support told me the product is invalid. Now I have to buy another one.

Ho comprato la versione 2019 life licence, pagato, arrivata la mail con relativo link per scaricare il .exe.
Inizio titubante ma poi tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione...ora ho il mio pacchetto OFFICE 2019 senza problemi

Site à fuir pour les utilisateurs de Mac récent (M1 et suivants) !!!
Après avoir acheté une licence Office 2021 pour Mac, j'ai bien reçu un lien de téléchargement et une clé d'activation rapidement.
J'ai donc téléchargé Office 2021 puis je l'ai installé sur mon MacMini M1 de 2020 sans problème mais au moment de l'activer sur mon ordinateur, j'ai eu un pop up m'indiquant que la licence ne pouvait être activée sur mon ordinateur.
J'ai contacté le support KeyShop et là, on m'a dit et répété qu'il fallait désinstaller Office 2021 en suivant une procédure précise que j'ai respectée à la lettre et à force d'insister, ils ont enfin compris qu'il y avait un problème.
J'ai reçu un lien où des lignes de commande étaient à inscrire dans le terminal pour résoudre le problème mais cela n'a pas fonctionné ; après une petite recherche, il s'avère que ces commandes concernent Office 2019 et des mac plus anciens : Retour à la case départ.
J'ai relu les conditions de garanties qui disent bien (citation) :
"C’est pourquoi, nous offrons avec tous nos produits une garantie de conformité et de validité de 2 ans. Dans le cas éventuel où la clé-produit ne puisse pas s’activer sur l’ordinateur du client, même suite à l’assistance de nos techniciens (gratuite et offerte après achat), LICENCE KEY SHOP s’engage à remplacer la clé achetée."
Fort de ces conditions écrites, j'ai demandé un remboursement, même partiel mais la mauvaise foi de ce vendeur est devenue criante :
Ils se bornent à dire (je cite encore) :
"La licence est bien active, elle a bien été ajoutée sur votre compte Microsoft donc aucun souci à ce niveau là, le problème vient de votre MAC et non de la clé produit.
Contactez Microsoft pour obtenir plus d'aide, ou installez sur un nouveau MAC / formatez"
Sauf que les conditions de garanties parlent pourtant bien "d'activation sur l'ordinateur du client !"
Alors tant mieux pour ceux chez qui ça fonctionne mais pour les autres, ne comptez pas sur cette garantie mensongère !

Lastet ned Windows 10 , fikk problemer med å installere . Fikk error og måtte avslutte .
Virket som den ikke fikk lastet ned hele Windows pakken , men andre gangen jeg fikk lastet den ned , så gikk det som smurt , og nu har vi Windows 10 på datamaskinen.👍👍

I came here to check if The Licence Key Shop was ligit prior to using them. Gievn the major of responses were positive I proceeded to purchase. Given the negative response here I thought to add my counter claim. I purchased Office Home and Office 2019 for Mac and PC. I received both keys and links (to an official MS site) for download instantly. Both packages downloaded and installed correctly. This will be my go-to for any future upgrades.

I thought I needed to write this review as I was very skeptical due to the negative reviews below, I thought I was either gonna be scammed or in need of the Helpdesk.. but not at all. I am working already on my projects with no problem.

Just installed Office 2019 Pro Plus version
The activation program had a small hickup, so I got to experience the helpdesk as well.
Answer back under a minute, and problem solved in another 2. Great service and... It works!

Livraison rapide et aucun problème d'installation.
Sauf que.... au lieu d'être facturé 49,99€ comme indiqué sur la facture reçu par mail, j'ai été débité de 52,61€.
Fin de l'histoire, s'agissant d'un règlement international, ma banque a facturé des frais, ce qui justifie l'écart.
La hot line MS Key Shop a été très réactive pour m'apporter l'explication.
Conclusion ma note passe de 2 à 5

Just purchased and installed another copy of Office 2016 and Windows 10 on a Virtual Machine for a training course.

Couldn't quite believe I could get Office 2019 at this price but it seems to have worked. I had the same issue as other people in terms of not being able to activate on installation because of the number of activations on the key having been reached but I used the link for the activation tool on the post-purchase instructions and that sorted it all out instantly

Bought a Office for Mac license here recently. They put up the cover for Office 2019 on the product and then don't mention which year the license is for anywhere on the product page. After purchase, you want to install and then you find out you actually bought a license for Office 2016 instead of 2019.

The license for 2k16 is half the price as the new version so they're tricking into thinking you get a good deal for the new license while you're actually overpaying highly for an old license.

I do not know why people here are compaining. I received my software (Office) and all is working great, the guy from the support is really nice and has been really helpful. I bought this few weeks ago.

Ho acquistato una key di office 2019 e, viste le precedenti esperienze negative su altri siti, ho scaricato il software direttamente da office.com. Provando l'attivazione mi è apparso il messaggio che la chiave era stata utilizzata già troppe volte. Contattato il supporto, mi ha richiesto un codice presente all'interno dell'attivazione telefonica che appare la prima volta che avvii un programma di office. Dopo 30 secondi mi rispondono all'email comunicando il codice da inserire e tutto è andato per il verso giusto. Non metto 5 stelle solo perchè una volta acquistata la chiave e ricevuta istantaneamente, nei processi di installazione, loro consigliano di scaricare un programma terzo di dubbia provenienza. Il programma in questione ha proprio lo scopo di generare il codice che mi hanno inviato per email. Io personalmente vi sconsiglio di installare programmi terzi e fate come me, inviate l'email al supporto che vi comunicherà il codice senza che installiate nulla.
