We were pleased with their individualized customer service, selection of products and availability for installation. Mt. VERNON is lucky to have this company for 40+ years. Our designers listened and responded to our needs about product and expenses. The installers were precise, on-time and efficient.

Not only is the product at Carpet One of high quality, the prices are so affordable. If you come in with a dollar amount in mind you want to spend, they work with you to reach that amount as much as possible without sacrificing quality. They are quick, pleasant and highly professional throughout the entire process from the first minute you walk thru their doors to being wowed at seeing the finished product. I worked with Morgan Schmidt at Mount Vernon Carpet One and my experience was top notch. Morgan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the materials I was considering. If he didn't have an immediate answer to questions, he did his research and always got back to me right away. He even came to the property that was being remodeled to deliver samples and offer opinions about what would work well in the space. He helped me select the carpet and porcelain tile that would work best in the space I would be using it for. He kept me informed every step of the way about timing and installation. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

The employees of Mount Vernon carpet one, were amazing! They answered all of our questions and concerns, and helped us decide on the flooring that would be best for our new home! We will definitely be using them again when it's time to update our upstairs carpeting and molding!

We purchased carpeting from Carpet One many years ago. While the carpet has performed as expected, it was time for a change. Once again we went to Carpet One to look at options and receive a bid. Ultimately we chose them again.
The space we needed to re-carpet is irregular with acute corners and radius areas next to floor tile. Our carpet installer took time to get everything perfect. He also left the entire home just as tidy as when he had arrived.
We are very happy with the installation and service. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I started my project on a complete remodel of an older home in Anacortes that desperately needed a new fresh and updated look. It required new entry, kitchen, bathroom flooring and new bedroom carpets, new countertops for all the bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash. I had a vision of what I wanted to achieve with this remodel however I did not have a lot of time to spend looking at so many samples. I met a wonderful interior designer Alissa at Carpet One who took the time to listen to me and help me achieve a beautiful updated look to this remodel. She was so professional and she spent time listening to me. She really wanted me to be happy with my selections. She helped me with paint selections as well. Everything turned out just I had hoped for- perfection! She would call and she would email me to make sure things were just right. She even came to the house several times during the remodel process to check in on things with the contractor. I have received many compliments on our newly remodeled home from friends and family. Carpet One has so many selections to choose from to suit any design on any home. I would highly recommend Carpet one for all your flooring needs and more!
