Paid for this service waited the 30 days you have to wait before you can use it..
On day 36.. car broke down in the middle of intersection.. called Auto Guard.. they said just to call tow and garage give them member number for them to call and they'll take care of it..

They denied my claim..
Claiming they believe it was a preexisting problem... the garage tried to explain it was not preexisting.. still denied.. the lie.. stay away from Auto Guard.. all the do is take your money and refuse your claim..

This review is exaggerated to make company look like the bad guys, alot more to the story and most of whats stated is false.
Claims are reviewed based on the terms of the service agreement and the information provided during the claims process. In this case, the determination was made based on the available documentation and was not simply because a claim was submitted. The waiting period alone does not guarantee coverage, as all claims must also meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the agreement, including exclusions for pre-existing conditions.
We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but our decisions are based on the terms of the contract and the supporting documentation. If you would like to discuss your claim further or provide additional information for review, our customer service team is available to assist you.

After reviewing your account, we found that the repair request was submitted before your vehicle had satisfied the required 1,000-mile validation period outlined in your service agreement. Because the coverage had not yet become eligible for claims under the terms of the contract, the claim could not be approved.

Small repair shop better than dealer
my dealer doesn't take any warranty they do not sell. I have already paid off this plan, so i found a new mechanic on repairpal and was much easier than my dealer ever was. Dealer lost a customer
