Listening to potential customers
Nothing like someone listening to you when your talking. Very important if your trying to sell me your products. The whole process was great. I spoke to 7 other Auto warranty companies and politely had to say goodbye because the salesperson talked to much including not letting me respond. MyAutoGuard sold me the old fashion way. Listening

Too many mistakes
Too many mistakes. Setup person sold me in a policy not available in NH. Can be back after consult with similar policy available.
After agreeing was put through to someone else to confirm details. Confirmed everything. When policy was emailed had my name misspelled and wrong credit card in file for billing, since for some reason, capitol 1 cards don’t work for down payment?
Called back twice to make corrections. Second time because policy details did not match policy described and listed. Last person I spoke with said it takes 2 to 3 hours to arrive by email when person before shakes through emails instantly?
Waited all day Friday and all weekend, never received the corresponding print package that was requested.
At this point I’d lost confidence in both professionalism and reliability.
