Auto Hero Reviews

This was such a good service and at a very acceptable price. The auto electrician who visited to fit the new battery arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Prior to the visit I was also able to select a quality battery to match my cars needs via their online website. Simply typed in reg number and it gave me options of suitable batteries. All in all a top service i would definately recommend.

Great service and good price came on time to fit my car battery and did other checks aswell, I would highly recommend Auto Hero to anyone I will also definitely use again aswell.

Needed a new battery on my mini countryman, which are very hard to get to so used auto hero, who made the all process simple from purchasing the battery letting me choose the date for supply and fitting at my home address, arrived on time very polite and friendly and only 45 minutes to get old battery out and new battery in and all the bits put back together and all coding done car working fine no issues at all, this is the second time we have use auto hero and will again if required 👍👍👍, ps £200 for supply and fitting for me is a great price with 3 year guarantee.

Great service and on time Great gentleman who fitted my battery and checked my Alternator aswell would definitely use again 10/10

Feed up with jump starting my Sons car, I decided to bite the bullet and get a new one. Checked online and found Autohero with some good reviews. They not only have a shop you can visit, but they’ll come to you. From the easy of online booking to the expert fitting by Adam less than 24hrs later the process faultless. Adam checks the battery needs to be replaced and advises if you need a new one. He then quickly changes the battery while protecting your car electrics by plugging in an external power supply (in our case all in belting down rain). All this done not only in super fast time but also at a price that is similar to buying the battery from an online supplier and having to wait and fit it my self (I would of lost the Radio code and possibly blown the car electronics).

I can thoroughly recommend Adam and Autohero

Sehr kompetnt und Hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierte und schnelle Lieferung.

Appointment made at required time. Arrived promptly. Carried out the battery change quickly and efficiently. A professional, polite employee. Thoroughly recommended.

Great service , arrived in the allotted time
Thanks Tony

Arrived approximately 3hours after first contact. Battery replaced and tested but turned out to be the alternator although the battery was goosed. No problem I’m recommending them as first class service and a competitive price and the convenience that they came to you.

Excellent service from Auto Hero. Ordered my battery and booked the fitting service on a day to suit me. A very polite and well presented technician turned up, fitted the new battery and took away the old at my home. No hanging about at service centers waiting for it to be sorted. The price including fitting and was very competitive.
I would highly recommend Auto Hero as the earnt every one of the 5 stars

Last night I had total loss of power, doors, boot and electric handbrake of course inoperable. Totally stuck in the drive. Sent an email last night and by 0902hrs Ross rang me and arranged to come to my home. He arrived and was professional, friendly and efficient fixing the car for me. 3 yr guarantee on the stop start battery means stress free times ahead for me

Absolutely fantastic service. Super quick next day fitting when I ordered online. Quick fit and extremely professional. Cheapest place for battery supply I could find in the city. I cannot recommend Auto Hero highly enough.
