Auto Hero Reviews

Excellent and friendly service from Start to finnish will definitely recommend

Lovely stuff. Lad took my key. Fitted the battery. Knocked on my gaff when it was finished. Hassle free and top quality.

Such an easy process from start to finish. Made my order online which was easy put my number plate in they told me which battery’s were available for my car picked my battery and booked my slot which was at the earliest convenience. Guy showed up in the morning battery was changed within about 20 minutes such a friendly polite gentleman it was a smooth process. No problems so far so good. Definitely recommend to friends and family. 5 stars from me

Very convenient service and pleasant engineer. Great price too. Will use again and would definitely recommend

A great experience with this company. Found it very easy to order the battery I required and to book a delivery and fitting for the next day. They arrived when they said they would and fitted & tested the new battery efficiently; very polite man who emphasised to get in touch immediately should there be any problems. Highly recommended.

Superb quick service, arrived within a few hours notice. The old battery was difficult to move but the chap just got on with it. Superb service and highly recommended.

I was back up and running in no time.
This is the second time I have used Auto Hero. They give an exceptional service. My grateful thanks to Adam, who arrived on time, completed the job and was courteous and friendly at all times. I will continue to recommend Auto Hero to my friends and family. This is a 5 Star company. Go nowhere else!

Saved having to try jump starting and then the hassle of taking it somewhere and waiting ages for a new battery to be fitted. Well worth the additional cost to have it delivered and fitted, totally stress free :)

Auto Hero definitely came to our rescue on Monday and cannot praise their service enough. My daughter had been on holiday and we were picking her up in her car on Tuesday from the airport but found that on Sunday her car would not start because the battery was flat. It completely died after a couple of attempts but also sent the electric windows down before it did!! We tried to charge the battery but did not hold any charge. Contacted Auto Hero and after speaking to a very helpful young man on Monday at 9.00 am he was with us by 11.00 am that morning. Complete with two batteries as I was not sure what battery was needed. New battery fitted up and working within about 45 minutes. Cannot recommend Auto Hero enough. Could not have been more helpful at a reasonable price and with a 3 year guarantee. Delivered, fitted and now working perfectly. So relieved for their help and quick support. Many, many thanks.

Online booking system worked perfectly. Mechanic was prompt to the time slot, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended.

My car battery died on me recently leaving my car stuck on the road near my house. After a quick Google search I came across Auto Hero so I booked a slot online for them to come out to replace the battery for me. Booking was easy the gentleman who came was super friendly and helpful. Battery changed and car back up and running within 30 minutes. It cost £90 so a little more expensive than getting one fitted at Halfords etc but the fact that they come out to your home when you’re stranded is an absolute godsend and worth the extra. An amazing service!

Nice place with nice people

I was looking for a rather unusual battery for our hybrid Lexus. These guys made sure the correct battery was supplier and fitted. I didn't catch the name of the technician but he was professional and didn't mind answering any questions we had. After the battery was fitted he tested if the battery was getting charged and made sure the car was working as it should. Highly recommend this company! Professional and very affordable!

Excellent fast service and the best price for the battery and fitting I could find. Could not fault them highly recommended

Needed a replacement battery, tried various places but they couldn’t come out to me, found Auto Hero when searching near me online gave them a call at 10:30, said would be with me at 2pm all sorted by 2:50pm - A very efficient job, massive thank you to Adam who was polite and very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend, they came and got me back up and running when others (well known) couldn’t - very good on price for supply fit and old battery disposal - couldn’t ask for more, deffo 5⭐️ Auto Hero
