Kudos to Dina tsagaris she helped me out via email. My first order was backordered and she put in another order for green instead of orange that seemed to be stagnate after waiting a week I reconnected and she got my order right out to me.
FYI the product is great but it took awhile get to me.

Quick shipping but, unfortunately, they use Purolator. A total boondoggle for 3 days before I could get my pillows. The product itself is superb.

I love my blu pillow. I have bought several and so have my friends after trying mine out. They are the best pillow for neck pain and side sleepers. My favorite is the lavender queen high but it’s hard to find that one in stock. I also would love a standard high size for travel.

Would not want another pillow ever again. Best sleep of my life.

Was given a code. Didn’t work. Asked for the discount on my order and was denied. Awful company morals. Don’t order from here.

Their products are great. My concern is that their shipping is "5-8 business days." I ordered a new pillow 10 days ago, yet I still haven't receiving any information that it has even been processed or had a tracking number assigned to it. It's been 8 business days. So the products actual arrival time doesn't start until "10 business days" - at best. Terrible service for a company with such great, quality products.

The reason i buy the pillow that i love the cold feeling on my head when you put your head for the first time every day when u sleep but its the same with any other pillow nothing special at all its less than normal… i dont know what technology they are talking about but nothing is there at all … basically what i want to say what ever describe about this pillow u dont feel it at all … this is my honest opinion… in short doesn’t deserve to buy it not worth at all its just like any normal pillow with memory foam … the funny part it says u wont feel neck pain after sleeping 3 days in this pillow am having neck pain… am really shocked and am not able to describe how much am shocked even after saying all above …. Am sorry but not worth at all

Fast and efficient service, pillow very nice

I have had the same Blu Sleep pillows since 2017 and have never had better longer lasting pillows. The covers are washable and the pillows will not hold any odor so they never get dirty. I have been meaning to replace them for a while but the tag on my original pillow cover had faded so it took a while to find these but I am so glad I did. The pillow arrived quickly and in a nice surprising small box. It is exactly the same as the old pillows will the exception of the cover but the new covers they are using are actually softer and smoother so it’s even better. If you are considering this pillow do not wait because they seem to sell out quickly. I will be purchasing more of these pillows as I am moving soon and getting another bedroom and will be in need of many more.

Although the site didn’t have what I wanted I called and to my surprise they had it in stock and was shipped out quickly! I’m excited to have my new pillow!

Been buying these pillows for years and it's a shame to see the quality decrease. It's still a solid pillow, but I don't think it's worth the price anymore.
Also, the scents they add can to the pillows used to be something mild and soothing, now it's an overpowering punch to the head. Really feels like they knew the quality isn't as good and tried to rectify it by doubling the amount perfume, or whatever, to the pillow.

The smell of the pillow is terrible. The smell of lavander is so strong, there is no way I dont wake up with headache. I put the pillow outside with hope that the smell will be less present.

So comfortable. I have had the best sleep since I purchased these.

As of this review I am still waiting on my order. I reached out to the company through the website several times and had no response. Finally after contacting PayPal for a refund someone reached out and wrote a one line statement that said” Your order will be processed soon. I never received a tracking number and the delivery date for my order is over two weeks past due. At this point I honestly just want a refund because I am not sure what kind of company I am dealing with.
