Great Customer Experience. Website Needs Some Work.
I’ll start off by saying the customer service and shipping was a great experience even though I had a little mishap. I originally had ordered two pillows but only received one of them. I was able to get in touch with Kathy from customer service and she was able to correct the problem next day and had a new pillow sent to me free of charge. I received the second pillow within two days with no mishaps. I will say the pillows I received were in great shape and quality. After a week of owning them my sleep has been improving slightly so these pillows are doing something.
Now the reason for a 4-star rating is that I was disappointed with the availability and information given on the website. I saw a lot of products that seemed interesting to purchase but almost everything was sold out. Next it took awhile to figure out what the pillow sizes meant until you dig into the sites info and Q/A. I’m glad the info is there but I wish it was easier to access.

$150 pillow costing me far more than $150.
My pillow came and it did not expand anywhere close to 6 inches. After calling customer support, I learned that I could return my faulty pillow and get a credit - not a replacement. I have to send back the quality failed $150 pillow that came directly from Blu Sleep and PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN THIS? Then, once I've been notified you received the returned item, I HAVE TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER TO GET WHAT I WANTED INITIALLY? Summary- You ship a bad product and I have to pay for your mistake. This is not right!

Love my new BioGel pillow!
Love my new BioGel pillow! It’s very comfortable and kept me cool all night. I change sleeping positions a lot and this pillow felt amazing in every one. I had tried another memory foam pillow brand and it was too hard and uncomfortable and when someone recommended Blu Sleep I was hesitant because I figured memory foam pillows just weren’t for me. Clearly I was wrong because this is the best pillow I’m tried! Very happy with my purchase!

Best pillow I’ve ever had
This is my second Blu Sleep pillow and is by far the best pillow I have ever used. It has relieved my neck and shoulder pain. My career takes me to places near and far…I love this pillow so much I have dedicate Blu Sleep that I bring with me on my travels.
