Soft and comfortable pillow! The Bio Aloe LP pillow helps me have a good night of sleep.

We ordered 4 ice gel foam pillows and even though the price is so steep, our improved sleep quality is so worth it. Ive thrown out all my cheap pillows,—100 convert to Blu pillows!!

Called Blu and spoke with Kathy Cancro in cust svc. She guided me through the process of finding the pillow needed (our previous Blu pillow was purchased about 12 years ago and is loved). We’ve tried MANY pillows but none satisfy our requirements, except the Blu pillow. Rec’d it and noticed the wonderful packaging, the quality of the pillow, covering, etc., and the wonderful nights sleep with it! Excellent experience and glad I pursued with Blu!!!

Great pillow. Just not the correct style.

The Blu Cool pillow is the best pillow experience I have ever enjoyed. The standard size is appropriate for my 5', petite body, and side/back sleeping.
Only complaint is the rather long delivery time. I always want the new pillow immediately!
Great pillow!

We ordered an "Arctic" mattress cover for our Blu Sleep brand King mattress. The first problem is that it's way too big for the mattress which makes it feel like you're sleeping on a plastic bag. The second issue is there is nothing arctic about it. It actually made the bed hotter than without it. I emailed cust svc for a return and received no response so I had to call. The rep on the phone was great and issued me an RA, however we still have to pay the freight back. Poor product and poor return policy. Don't waste your money.

Our blu sleep mattress is outstanding. We are pleased with our choice and haven’t slept this well ever. The pillows are great too. Our dogs love it too.

The IceGel pillow was easy to order and was shipped faster than expected. It was packaged very well. It is great how it is soft and firm at the same time! It is magically cool to the touch. It is very comfortable and I sleep much better with it. I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this pillow.

It shipped and arrived so quick, I was surprised when I found the box at my door step. Anyways- this is the second pillow I’ve bought from BluSleep and they’re amazing. I recommend them to anyone looking. I don’t think I’ve ever slept better in my entire life (not an exaggeration) and I could not sleep without this pillow. It is the best, if you’re hesitating- this is your sign to just do it and get the pillow!!!

This is the 2nd night to sleep on the pillow so far its very good hopefully its gets better and better

Great except when I add a pillow it less cold

I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. Ordered the Vitality pillow and it is by far, the worst pillow I have ever purchased. Absolutely no support and when I lay on it, it goes completely flat as if I were not even using a pillow. Made outreach to the company and was advised in email that I would receive reply within 24 hours, this was on 9/15/2021 and I haven’t heard anything from the company.

Update. I did finally get a response after posting this review and was fully refunded upon receipt of returned pillow. However it wasn’t cheap to return. My opinion of the pillow has not changed and their customer service could be much better.
The pillow I received was not anything like pictured on the website. I emailed and was told to give it 3 days to decompress from being shipped. I did. After 3 days still not as described in terms of how high it should be. Told to provide pictures as pillow might be defective and then they would refund. I did as asked and now I’m being ghosted. No further communication as to my refund or returning the pillow. I guess they know their products aren’t as described. Please don’t do business with this company as they don’t adhere to anything on their website. Very frustrating!

I found the depth and breadth of other reviews helpful, and the website was easy to navigate. I wish that maybe you had a feature where your pillows were ranked under different categories, like "Our most cooling pillows" or "Most popular", as that can sometimes help in decision-making.
I also felt that as a customer located in Canada, it was annoying that prices weren't listed in my currency, despite the company having a branch in Canada, and it would have been nice to know when purchasing whether my product was going to be shipped from a location in the US or in Canada, as again I knew the company had a branch in Canada. I feel it is important these days to know where my items are coming from, and I feel better knowing something is coming from less far away, if not truly locally.
