Absolutely terrible customer service. In fact its none existent!!! No contact number to actually talk to anyone.... I emailed several times to get only 1 x poor response or start web chat....which is never working.

Still not received the items after ordering 3 weeks since
I'm calling my bank for a charge back on Friday if still no response.

Update 13/09/2022: Eventually received my order 1 month late with no updates. Found several broken slips and some so badly dis-coloured they couldn't be used. Contacted customer service and same problems again. No response and having paid for samples nothing sent.
Do NOT make the same mistake I have. I'm now looking for another company to match (Slips from Stock for which I was able to speak to someone with ease)

Ordered quite a few samples online - they arrived much quicker than expected and packaged well to avoid any breakages. Having the samples in the space we plan to put them has helped massively to narrow down the options and will definitely be happy to order the full quantity when we're ready

My tiles arrived damaged... When i eventually got a reply the response was very rude... No apology.... Promised replacements.... Never arrived.... Im calling my bank for a charge back on Monday if still no response.

Such a shame the customer service is soooo poor because the tiles look beautiful in the box.... Cant put them up if not enough!!!!

I am so surprised that a company is able to trade in this way. There is no telephone number to contact and nobody answers emails for updates on my order of near £1000. We ordered on 6th July, with no update as to where the delivery was. I chased through email to be told there was an issue and delivery would be on 20/21 July, and that they would refund me £75 delivery plus £50 compensation. The reason they did not contact me before was because I did not want to be on their mailing list!! Even though I am still getting ads emailed to me!!!
Still no update, out of pocket. Disgusting Customer Service and when I have asked for a full refund. No response!

Ordered samples on line and received promptly. Was pleasantly surprised by amount of brick slips supplied as a sample. Made it easy to get a good idea of what it would look like. Too often you only get such a small piece when looking for wallpaper or carpets and laminate flooring etc which leaves you wondering what a large space will look like. Would be happy to order again from this company.

I am still wait for my order which I placed on the 6/7/22 (MBM16726516) at the cost of £40 delivery!!
This is disgraceful as there is no contact number to call you on, only via email. I’ve emailed and got a response saying that my order would’ve been delivered last Tuesday I still have Not received my order or heard nothing for you!!!!!!
Disgusting customer service no one order from them!!!!!

A wide selection of choice of different brick types easy to order samples of.
They turned up very quickly within days and well packaged with no damages.
Order all correct.
Will use again in future once we’ve decided which style to go for!

Didn’t receive my order, and at the time of leaving this review I have no refund either.
I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I will leave every day one review here because how they operating are unacceptable.
Ordered second time and send out wrong order and they told me manufacturers change no email but on the website everything still the same

Absolute joke! Didn’t receive order within time frame, had to ask where it was. Delivery left blocking my drive so couldn’t even get in! So many bricks were damaged , mortar, adhesive and spacers were all missing! Sent an email received spacers and adhesive but no mortar and more broken slips! Now no response at all from my emails. Such a shame as cost a small fortune for these slips so would have thought they would look after customers!!

Awful customer service, you can see why they do not have a telephone number to contact, emails they completely ignore and chat is a waste of time too with no response. Delivery is not within the timeframe they state so if you have a job being done by a certain date do not use this company as you will not receive the goods ! Whatever you do, do not use this company, pay the slight extra on delivery for a better company, I wish we did a it’s ended up costing more in labour to get our builders back than the price difference from a better website. To which my brick wall do not care and do not respond

Excellent product ideal for my renovation of a fireplace at my house. and good value for money.
However when there was a problem over delivery, you responded very quickly and resolved a potential for me

Diabolical, you owe my 89 yr old nan a refund. 10 days late, damaged and no adhesive, promise of refund of shipping but recieved nothing. Shouldn't be allowed to trade this is as good as stealing from people. STAY CLEAR!!

Ordering the product was easy…. Receiving them was another matter. The website clearly states 3-10 working days and brick tiles are actually delivered in 3 working days. My order took 23 days to arrive, I contacted the company numerous times to ask for shipping updates, and each member of staff fobbed with off with false promises telling me the items were being delivered that day and then again the items did not arrive. I requested tracking information which was never provided. I sent a another complaint email and got told the driver had,had an accident and thats why they didn’t arrive. It was excuse after excuse. No apologies or compensation for the £40 shipping fee paid. I’ve just ordered the same tiles from another company as needed more and they were here in less than 48 hours. Lesson learnt dont purchase from my brick wall unless you want to constantly waste your time getting fobbed off with false promises and excuses.

Order finally arrived (LATE) and was from a completely different company!

I visited that companies website and they are selling the product 4 X CHEAPER than mybrickwall.

They are literally selling you someone else's product and ripping you off!

I used my brick wall for the fist time MBW16726364 and I was extremely impressed with the ease of ordering and the free delivery, the brick slip samples I ordered were of high quality and give me a clear idea of how they will look inside my fireplace, I will be placing my order soon and can’t wait to see how it turns out 😁
