Sow they had some brick slips that look perfect. 2 types available so ordered one sample of each. They arrived very quickly and enabled us to make final choice. Just organising Builder to measure up and we be placing the order

I have had a pleasant experience with this company. From start to finish the process was simple and straightforward; my order arrived quickly and I was very impressed with how it had been packed to reduce damage. My only disappointment is out of the seven samples I had ordered, they all appeared to look very similar, whereas on the website they all looked different. It appears as though the images do not match the product very well.

Order took longer than 10 days and updates from team on email were incorrect however product was accurate against the order and, although not easy to get hold of given no phone number and live chat never works, when they did reply they were helpful.

We ordered some samples as we were unsure on which bricks / brick tiles to go with. They came promptly and were packaged brilliantly. The samples we ordered were really nice and of good quality … so much so that we are still undecided on which ones to have for our kitchen, but we will definitely be buying one of them to finish our kitchen with!!

They are very good quality. We haven't decided yet which to order but we will let you know in due course.

Amazing service from this company. My slip bricks arrived very promptly and were extremely well packaged to prevent any breakages. Have had follow up from the company to ask if everything was satisfactory and if there were any issues - which there weren’t. Also received an email with a discount code for any future purchases. Will definitely use this company again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I haven’t had my recent order yet but due any day now but my last order was prompt and no damages and the service was excellent and will use again soon

Sample came quick, wanting to do a big order soon!

Brick tiles came as expected and are high quality and look great. The only issue is, the grout we bought did not match the colour of the grout on the tiles. This was after asking for colour matching advice. I would recommend the tiles, but maybe shop around for grout, it was also very expensive.

Ordered a sample which arrived quickly. Then decided to place a large order & have not received it. MBW16725997 I tried tracking my order number but it’s not recognised. Also tried to contact via email & social media but haven’t had any response. Absolutely gutted I’ve lost a lot of money.

* Update *
Tiles arrived a week late & eventually received good communication with updates of where my order was. Tiles are true to pictures.
Still waiting for £40 delivery refund due to late delivery.

Ordered samples which arrived promptly so decided to place an order. They are the most expensive brick slip supplier but they did advertised a product that other suppliers didn't have so I ordered £400 worth of brick slips with a stated 10 working days delivery. Little did I know that they didn't actually provide you with anything once they take your money. No goods have arrived. The online chat does not work and emails are responded to with an automated fraudulent reply saying they will respond within 12 hours, unfortunately they simply don't respond to any communication. Its now obvious why they don't use telephone as they would have to face the customers they are ripping off. They are a fraudulent company, STAY CLEAR!!!!!
UPDATE TO ABOVE.
Order finally arrived, 2 types of slips ordered but unfortunately one of the types delivered is not as samples previously ordered. They have sent a slip that is readily available from another manufacturers stock. It is even packaged in the other companies packaging and has the name "Stormy Sky" on the box which is the name used by the other manufacturer/supplier for what My Brick Wall call "Saltash Grey". My Brick Wall is simply taking your money and ordering from other suppliers and doubling the price for their trouble. Buy the same slips from another manufacturer and save yourself half the price!

Excellent service so far, received my Brick slip samples and loved them so placed my order and cannot wait to receive them [my order number MBW16726056] will update on how easy they were to use :-)
