I found the whole process from booking an appointment to having the tyre puncture service completed a very efficient and effective service. The staff were friendly and explained the process in detail to ensure I knew what to exspect.

Called around noon to book in a service for later in the week. Was told they had an opening the same day I called instead (which I wouldn’t have seen online) and because I lived around the corner i was able to drop it off and have it collected all before close of business that same day.

I was made to feel welcome, everything was explained well and there was no pressure to have all the work done at once.

Great looking workshop. Shows pride in their work. Good service feedback on Issues or pending issues found. Very competitive price.

Excellent customer service

Great guys & I never feel ripped off unlike other garages. Forgot to mention, these guys discounted my repair due to unforeseen cost overruns. These were issues totally unrelated to the repairs they were doing. Great customer service and ensures your future loyalty. What a team!

PS. Don't know why this comes up as Banksia Grove - Pacific Hwy, St. Ives doesn't appear on the list. St. Ives are the guys!

I got my vehicle serviced earlier than expected, I was treated with respect. Most importantly I wasn’t been taken or asked for extra or unnecessary expenditures.

The Team was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I run staggered wheels on my commodore and team understood that you can't rotate wheels in this configuration unlike another service centre who actually rotated wheels front to back and were ready to hand vehicle back to me. Mycar team fitted service in to suit my schedule.Thanks guys sorry I can't remember your names but I will as I'm now a regular customer.

I was driving back to newman the nrxt day amd he managed to get me in for 4 new tyres that day :)

The service was oil and filter change only ($300) / no safety check / recommended work that was not required / greeting was OK but when i came to pickup it was a matter of give me the money in between talking to fellow staff members. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

Everything was done professionally from the very beginning, quote was accurate (no hidden cost). Amazing customer service from the phone call booking it to dropping & picking up my car. Thank you :)

Absolute Joke. Took my car in for a service, made it clear to the bloke to make sure my tyre pressure was computerised correctly on all 4 tyres. Picked up the vehicle & got to the roundabout only to have my low tyre pressure light come up. Took it back straight away & the bloke tried to makeup all these excuses. Few days later the same thing happened only this time it was a different tyre. Made another trip back only to have a female who checked all tyre pressures & said all four were at different pressures. Funny thing is they replaced two new tyres on my vehicle & it was both new tyres that had low pressure. She tried to tell me that it was a normal thing to happen, she sounded really stupid & made no sense. Paid a ridiculous amount for a crap service. Be careful guys the front counter service bloke will con you into scanning a QR code to try & have you write up a review right there & then with out telling you so. Don’t waste your money with this place your better of going somewhere with experienced mechanics who know what there doing.
