I thought that my car wheels or break were not feeling right. They have found that what was wrong with. I am happy now, and my car feels right. Great work. Also good customer service service. They are a professional.

Alex(c) went out of his way to ensure that my vehicle was repaired promptly. Exceptional service.

I had booked my car with a drop-off of 8am and pick-up of 4pm. I was an hour late for the drop-off. However, when I dropped my car off I was told that they will try to have it ready for 4pm but will call me if any issues. I didn't hear from the service centre by 5pm and tried calling twice without success. I decided to go to the service centre and when I arrived there at 5:20 they said they have not yet started work on my car! They said they will start now and finish by 6pm (40 minutes for a major service for which I had paid more than $850).

This was absolutely unacceptable so I asked that they don't do the service and give me a refund.

I would never go back to mycar or recommend it to anyone.

They are the best. I have been coming here for more than 4 years just because it’s near my work. Yesterday was the first time I was genuinely feel happy about my visit. They are honest and genuine !

They were on time, communicated well and did the work promptly. I’ll be going back next time I have a tyre issue.

Another great experience with MyCar Braddon. Always super helpful, and willing to help. Even when flat strapped, they will do their best to squeeze you in and provide quality work at hard to beat price. Do yourself a favour, head in to see the team, you won’t be disappointed.

As always doing a great job, keeping me informed and taking the time to explain and suggest ideas. I’ve just had new brakes for my old lexus and a service for my son’s car. Talking through options for a more suitable tyre for my car and knowing just how much everything costs are also important and the customer service from Alex were excellent. I totally recommend the guys and girls at Mycar Braddon.
