My car wasn’t driving well so I came to mycar to get it fixed/serviced. My car was there for 4 days and when I picked it up they said we couldn’t find the issue and to go somewhere else. They charged me $900 for the service and my car is still un-driveable. I took it elsewhere and the other mechanic fixed the issue within 2 hours and told me they have barely done a good service. I spent nearly a grand for the most basic service and nothing changed.

Friendly reception, confirmed my requirements, telephoned to get approval for extras (2 x new tyres), completed work on time, advised extra service availability (i.e. Tyre rebalancing free) and waved me away with a smile. What more could I ask for?

My car needed brake pads replacing. It was a very simple procedure to check my car into the workshop. I live 130km away from the workshop and this was taken into account by the shop manager. They advised me of additional components that had to be replaced before these were replaced. Upon approval the work on my car was seamless and on time.

Prompt service very polite and friendly called me as soon as my car was ready all round excellent service

I needed new tyres. Rang around for quotes. My Car Auto were very helpful. Only had 2 of the recommended tyres in stock but ordered another 2. They recommended an essential plus service as the car hadn’t been serviced for awhile. I was able to book in at a time to suit me for the service & change of 2 tyres & wheel alignment. I did have to call them the following week to see if the other tyres had arrived. But was able to book in again for the following week for change of tyres & a couple of other recommended repairs. Overall Very efficient service

Great customer service and was happy I received a call about an issue identified ( battery test failure) before proceeding to install a new battery. I was informed of the additional cost also.

My initial contact with Andrew regarding my Mazda car service was a positive one and the quote he gave
me was reasonable too. After the service the car appears to be running well and so thank you to Andrew and Justin.
I also liked the bonus road side service if I ever needed it.

Did everything requested, on time.

I had a rough running engine on my BMW 745i which is not the easiest engine to fix as it is a complex V8 crammed tightly under the bonnet. The guys were very helpful and accurately diagnosed the problem, quoted the job, ordered in the parts and fitted them with no problems in a very timely way. The BMW now runs as it should - very smooth! Great job guys.

Completed work in timely manner; informed me that there may be a delay in picking up my car as there were only two staff working and they had cars left in the workshop from the day before. Assured me that they would do their best to have it ready at preferred time, we’re very upfront with everything. Completed work earlier than time chosen for pickup. Was absolutely fine if there was going to be a delay as there is absolutely no point getting pissy about things out of my control

Everything they said would happen was done quickly and efficiently.

I certainly will be using them for all my car needs from now on.

They were very patient with me because of my new bank card wouldn't work but we got there in the end. Thanks guys my car is purring.
