Friendly efficient good communication and clear in all the issues

The service was very good. Very pleased with the professionalism and down to earth attitude of the staff. They were short staffed so service took a bit longer than expected but I didn’t mind waiting. I was offered the use of facilities and refreshments if I wanted/needed. Overall it was a positive experience.

Experienced and skilled mechanics. Excellent service.

Really happy with the experience, timing was spot on which meant I was able to do shopping with kids and drop the car off and pickup easily, staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely use again.

Appointment was given at 10:30. I was told by staff to come at 8:00am (reached at 8:15am). I told before going that I will wait there. Waited for nearly 3:45 hours . If it was not possible to do job around 8:30 why I was asked to drop car so early.
Online system was not accepting personal email address thus used official and now getting email on official email address.

great customer service very human approach. Cant speak highly enough were very kind and respectful. First time i have had my car serviced that I wasn't talked down to as a young woman. there was no unnecessary upsell. Genuinely will be back.

Tyre wasn't available at the time i booked in. Was told 1hr to fix. Went back 1.30mins later and was told the tyre had not arrived yet. They said they would send me a text when done. I walked home and called back at 3.30 to find the trye have been fitted Txt arrive as i was talking. Customer service is lacking which is dissapointing as i have always been a Kmart customer.

Originally spoke with Chris who was kind enough to get a quote for my LDV log book service.
Logan was friendly, kind and a great communicator.
