excellent service . had a puncture in my ute tyre and even though they were packed out busy they squeezed me in so i could get my vehicle back on the road and not miss any days work.. il definitely be a returning customer

My car had a faulty alternator a few blocks away. At first the mechanics helped me start my car jump starting it so I could drive it to the shop. I left it there to replace the alternator and they wanted to charge me $650 for a new alternator. As it looked really expensive for a new alternator I googled the model they wanted to install and it was impossible for me to find one that expensive. All the ones I found were between $350 to $450 ( same item number). I told the mechanic I would take my car somewhere else and he told me they would have to charge me $200 for charging my battery. $200 for charging a battery??!! Are they crazy?
I ended up paying $850 for the whole job.
Never again going to a mycar. Totally overpriced. Try to find a 65-6595g alternator for $650, you won’t.

Great service. They were a second opinion sought for an issue with the aircon. Re-diagnosed the correct issue with my aircon/car fan which saved me thousands in unnecessary repairs and potential damage from the fan not working. Also upgraded my tyres to a better model for free. :)

The guys at My Car on Bunnerong road are super friendly and accomodating. I have only had god experiences there.
